Hunter was amazing. I walked in the store having purchased a new phone from another AT& T store. I could not get my new phone to work. He spent over an hour working with me. He was patient and kind. My phone was finally set up! Every business should hire employees like Hunter.
Hunter was very very helpful. He gave me special attention & listened to my issues. He then helped me figure out how to save money. Excellent employee. He didn’t rush me & he didn’t make me feel stupid! I really appreciated his time, advise & help!
I was referred to Att by my brother and just assumed theyd be expensive. After talking to Cole P. I felt confident this was the best option. He didnt simply just try to sell me a plan. He listened to what I said about my lifestyle and actually advised the best plan based on that. I feel very comfortable with the amount that I will be paying per month and with the service that I should be receiving. ATT Rep tried to assist me in connecting cellar plan to Apple Watch unsuccessfully for 2 hours. Manager was asked several times to assist but none of his suggestion worked either🙄was instructed to call 622 Advanced Technical support. They referred me to Apple Support who unpaired watch then paired it again (within minutes) and now my Apple Watch is paired to iPhone. Seemed like a simple fix once correct Avenue was followed.
I came in today for a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I absolutely love it. Hunter was so helpful and very professional. I’m very impressed with his customer service!!

I’ve always loved this particular location, but today my service was beyond stellar. Marcus is amazing and answered every question I had. Extremely extremely poor service. Went to pick up a phone that we had ordered online as an upgrade on the existing contract. Before leaving I asked about the SIM card and how the transfer process would work. Was assured it was set up but it wouldn’t work. Had to go back to the store to get it fixed. When I called them out for not telling us what the process was even when asked the manager (Michael Neal) replies that they didn’t want to be “condescending “. In many years of being an ATT customer this was the worst customer service experience ever! Management seemed to be more interested in arguing than helping us out. Would avoid this store!!

After my account got completely messed up due to my linking in with Direct TV… long story… I couldn’t pay bills, see details, change plans anything for 6 months. After one hour in the AT&T store they had my account fixed, all the numbers of my family members fixed, and now I am able to continue working with this company. This store’s employees saved a customer against all odds!!! Great job!!!

Honestly, this has been my best experience with AT&T. Ty was very informative and helpful in all aspects. She answered all the questions I had regarding purchasing a new phone and what plan additions were best for me. She was very knowledgeable in all plans and the terms and conditions that apply. Ty informed me that I was eligible for a discount on my plan for being a teacher. Literally, best experience ever. I typically stress whenever I make costly purchases, however, I did not stress at all with Ty’s thorough explanations and help. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! 👏🏼

Chole assisted me today, there were many issues with my AT&T account, she immediately identified the problem and corrected the issues while I waited.I would like to emphasize she could have identified the issues and gave me instructions on what I would need to do in order for my account to be credited!!She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her job!I have had service with AT&T roughly 25 years, I can honestly say this was by far my best experience, not just because of the money credited to my account & future savings, most importantly she cared!!I felt like I mattered today, I would also like to thank AT&T for having the foresight necessary to hire someone such as Chole to make every customers experience a great experience!!

I went in August to switch to AT&T and trade in my current phone. I was told there was a promo going on where my trade-in would get me $1000 off the iPhone 11 Pro and that I could take my current phone home, transfer everything to my new phone, then bring it back within two weeks to actually enact the trade-in. I took it home and brought it back the next day. The rep I spoke with then said that promo had expired the day before and the other rep who offered it to me was aware but offered it anyway because she would make better commission from it. There wasn’t a manager on site, so they called one to “escalate” the situation in order for me to get the promo and said I would need to come back in in 3 months to have the credit applied.3 months later, I’m back in the store. This time I’m told there is nothing on my account showing I’m due for a credit and the manager wouldn’t come talk to me face-to-face but instead stayed in the back the whole time, making the rep be the middle man between us. After 20 minutes of that, I had to ask to speak with the manager directly. He came out and told me there was nothing he could do at the moment but that he would work on it and give me a call when it was taken care of.A week later, I still hadn’t heard from him. I called customer support and was told the credit should be automatically applied after 4 billing cycles and there was no need for me to have gone back into the store.After the 4th billing cycle, I was still paying the full amount for my phone. I went back to this store and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with the same rep as my third time in store and he again had no idea what was going on. There was no manager on site, again, and I was told to go to the Texas Ave. store to talk to Tracy. I did and am so glad I did. She searched until she found the promo, called to get approval, and had it applied to my account. She did in one hour what nobody at this store was able to do in 4 months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. It is a complete circus.

Everyone in the store is very friendly and goes out of their way to assist you and explains things to you. Its the only ATT store that I go to and I drive all the way from Bryan to go to this store! Zero stars if possible! Absolutely the worst customer service and professionalism. Made an appointment went in and described the problem and without even asking any questions or trying to help employee immediately blamed Apple. Her response “Apple needs to get their act together.” She, Chloe, was extremely rude and showed no desire what so ever to assist or find a solution. When we told her Apple sent us here because all Apple stores were closed she continued to say that that was why Apple did not have their stuff together. Never asked for any further information and or case number to assist. When asked her name she rolled her eyes and was extremely sarcastic. I think it’s AT&T who needs to “get their act together” and get people who actually care and are willing to help.

It’s difficult to write a negative review, but my experience this morning was not pleasant. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated abruptly, ignored, yelled at across the room about my mask as I was talking on my phone with no one near me, and people coming in after me waited on before me. I sat for over 40 minutes waiting. I came in to purchase a new phone and stated that from the beginning. My family has traded at this store for several years. I will not go back and will encourage others to trade at the Texas Avenue shop. To the young lady prancing around the store barking at people, learn some manners and know that if you get a commission on selling new phones, you just lost one. I won’t be back.
