If youre looking for a new gym or just getting started, Crossfit SDA is the best in town. The members are very welcoming. The equipment is nice and well taken care of. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Came for the fitness, stayed for the community.

One of my favorite places away from home!! The coaching staff and owners are very knowledgable, which I appreciate so much, since I never did Crossfit until joining this gym. Crossfit SDA is so much more than Crossfit, the fellowship of friends and gym family go above and beyond anything else! Its also a great place for families, too, even my 14 year old enjoys it!

Im approaching 9 months with Wellborn CrossFit. I am worlds away from where I began. I came into it having nothing in my own experience that was similar to CFit. I was a runner and had touched a barbell very few times in my life. The coaches still welcomed me and patiently worked with me as I stumbled through (figuratively, of course) how to do all those weird CFit things. The coaches know their stuff and are focused on you getting where you want to be, and fellow Box-mates are just as encouraging and friendly. So many great and inspirational success stories! At Wellborn Crossfit, you will work hard and laugh hard with friends, too!
