John at the tech support is super nice and knowledgeable. My Lenono laptop acted up. Avinext is the only Lenovo service provider in Texas, and I was happy to find out its next door to Texas A&M. John got my laptop repaired fast and I was able to use it on my business trip next day. Thanks!
