Super easy to reach when I had questions. Bought a tv and had them mount it to my wall. Communication was great and they were on time. Would definitely buy again from here when upgrade time comes.

I’ve used Audio Video’s services and equipment for almost 30 years. They are very knowledgeable about current equipment and their technicians know what they’re doing during installation and service calls. I’ve used Audio Video for whole house TV’s, home automation of lights, A/C and speakers.When a service call is needed a technician trained in the problem area comes out and fixes the problem. Often, they’re able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. If parts are needed, they get them ordered and come back out when they arrive.I’m very satisfied with their products and service and highly recommend Audio Video.

We recently rebuilt our home and installed a sound system throughout the house and also on our outside living areas. With the onset of the pandemic we have not had the occasion to fully use this wonderful extension of music but now the future is looking like we will be able to. We also installed several new televisions and all the personnel at Audio Video were excellent in their understanding of our needs regarding explanations and their patience in answering questions. We highly recommend them. We may be technologically challenged but we were never made to feel that way in any of our dealings with this company and their staff.

Fantastic!!!!!! We had hired another company to put Control 4 in our new home. BIG Mistake!!!!! Audio Video is a complete in house systems company that know their stuff. Very professional. Another company did the install for automation, WIFI, security, and my audio video. they left off a few things and did not install WIFI correctly. Audio Video found the problems after careful diagnosis and reprogrammed a few things. Now the system works the way it should have in the beginning. I will use these guys as my new audio-video and communication company from now on.

We just built a new house. Audio Video was involved from the planning stage. They prewired the house after the framing was complete, then when the house was complete, they did the final wiring, moved our equipment from the old house to the new house. The final setup was then completed, programming our new remotes & making sure everything was in perfect operating order. Their tech people are great!!!! Dan and his crew did great work with removing old parts, installing new components and programming them so that the system worked beautifully when the job was finished. Didnt end up purchasing anything here, as they didnt have what I wanted in stock, but I have to say that the sales rep was very intuitive and knowledgeable when it came to explaining things. Definitely helped me find what I needed for the size setup I was going for.

Audio Video has installed home theatre systems for me now in two homes. My first home they did a fabulous job and mounted 7 televisions including two outdoors on brick and limestone, and 5 inside. All had directv, and the main living area had surround and outdoor speaker systems. They were always willing to come and fix or tweak the system should we need it and we were so happy with their work, we recently hired them to wire and install the same kind of setup in our new home. I should highly recommend them for all of your audio/video home entertainment systems!!!

Audio Video in College Station is a superb place. I have purchased some Definitive Technology speakers and Yamaha Musiccast components, a few years ago and the customer service was top notch. Audio Video folks are great. The don’t “sell” you what you don’t need. On the contrary, they work with your incumbent equipment and only suggest additions when needed. And where the rubber really meets the road is with the guys in the field. Very knowledgeable, meticulous, and they know how to get things done.Every once in a while Ill have a competing bid come in from another company. At first glance, AudioVideo is usually higher but when I get down to the details, the numbers are nearly always comparable. So if youre only looking for bottom dollar, probably not the best option.
