Would leave zero stars.Have seen various therapists over the past 11 years, I understand everybody has their own processes and I respect that. Im here for treatment, they are the professional, Im going to go with how they do things.Well, how they do things here is to waste your time. I spent about 3 months weekly visiting Dr. Dunston. Every single visit I had with her was spent watching her text, make phone calls, and eat her food. Its like I was paying to be ignored during her lunch break. Nothing I said was ever taken seriously, and most of the time when I would describe issues I was having, she would respond with Well what do you want to do about that? Very little- if any -guidance or support. Did not help me navigate my issues. Did not offer encouragement or support. Did not improve my standard of living. I left each appointment feeling worse than i did entering it. It takes effort physically and mentally to bring yourself to see a therapist. It takes effort to divulge your deep personal issues that can have roots in childhood. It takes effort to try and do things your body and mind want to reject, but will ultimately help. Dr. Dunston will not provide you with this. She will not provide you with the tools. She will not provide any treatment whatsoever.Ive never been so surprised at how little effort was put into myself as a patient. The reception staff were more insightful and kind than Dr. Dunston was herself. My experience was so awful that I refused to pay for the last two sessions, and they allowed it. Speaks for the standard of treatment you will receive at this place.This is the only review. Anybody coming across this may just brush it off as a one time issue. Maybe it was solely me who experienced this. Regardless, had I known this was a possibility to begin with, I wouldve rathered spend the money on useless self-help books. Or take my medical needs elsewhere.The staff here are too kind to be working with such a disconnected therapist. I cant speak for the other medical services offered here- I can assume nothing but good results from them. However, seriously, truly, take your therapy needs elsewhere.
