I would recommend to anyone and the staff is friendly and helpful from my experience dealing with them and will make sure the lights even work before you pull out

Friendly and helpful seemed consurned for my move

No communication. I was told on phone when I got the call confirming my reservation that since I had to pick up truck early,because the day I had it reserved for they would be closed, they were giving me that day free and I picked up right before closing. Lady at lot was very kind. Returned truck and got two emails with receipts, both receipts were different, even though I only rented one truck. I was charged for the extra day, even though they said I wouldnt be. Also charged extra for gas even though I have pictures of what the gas gauge said and what the truck looked like when i dropped it off. Over charged by almost $40.00.

Kate was very nice and made the process a breeze. Id reccomend renting from them to anyone.

Illegal and unsafe business practices, threats, and insults over the phone and in person. Worst experience with a company Ive ever had. Reported to BBB, Consumer Reports, and OSHA. Use at your own risk. Recommended recording your calls as I did.

Uhaul dont communicate well with the people that work with them
