Tech verified issue with my truck rumbling at low RPM and said that it is not right. They made multiple attempts to fix it. Shop foreman is incompetent. Now they say there is no issue with the truck and it is within normal parameters. They will not release me out of my lease when I have a defective truck they can not fix. Maybe it is time to lawyer up.
