I was basically a walk in. Im on vacation 3 of my nails I had done before I left had fallen off. I was very impressed.. I called & was told come over.15 minutes. Very nice professional salon. I had a complete manicure and very impressed with the results.They knee about my dilemma & figured they got me. The cost is going to be the catch.. Wrong!! I was even more satisfied when I was told the price... Super affordable . I come to this area many times yearly. I will now look forward to having nails done while here.Definitely coming back

My daughter and I went here while on vacation. I was super excited because it was my daughters first time. I told the lady when we entered that we both wanted sets and pedicures. The lady had me sit in a pedicure chair and she did my daughters nails. She did a good job of explaining things and having me check to make sure the nails were appropriate length. A gentleman did my pedicure and my nails. I told him I wanted a set. He asked me the shape I wanted and then started clipping and filing my normal nail. I thought it weird but thought maybe that’s how it’s done here. I asked again while doing this if he was going to put the tips on and he said yes. It appeared that he was beginning to paint my nails and I asked again, aren’t you going to put the nails on. He said I asked you if you wanted it. I told him that I said I did and thought he was referring to the set. He then proceeded to tell me my natural nails are long enough and I didn’t need to have them longer. I didn’t know what to do or say and if I stopped him I was afraid I would have half finished nails. He finished my nails and I noticed he didn’t even get my whole nail covered with polish on any of my nails. He then did my daughters pedicure and the result was the same with the nail polish, her toe nails were not completely painted. I explained to the lady when we went to pay that we were not satisfied and I didn’t get what I asked for and she stated that she didn’t hear what I wanted and just said sorry. She had no inclination to make it right what so ever. I am super dissatisfied and if I’m ever in cocoa beach again, I will never go there again. I will also never recommend this place to anyone. What a horrible experience!

Wow. Just wow. This is THE nail place in Cocoa Beach/Orlando area to get your nails done. Chelsea was phenomenal when my boyfriend and I walked in after the beach for a pedicure (him) and a pink & white fill (show in photo). Chelsea was meticulous and perfectly executed the best ombré Ive ever seen! I will definitely be making the trip from NYC for her work! 10/10!

Place is horrible. went there to get my nails done. they didn’t know the colors of the nails. gave me different shades then what i wanted. shape is all messed up. nails are too thick. if you want decorations on your nails don’t go here bc they can’t even draw a simple design like a heart. totally messed up my design. paid 45$ for a set that looked nothing close to what i wanted. very disappointed. will not be returning.

Me and my friends went and got a manicure there, everything ended up being so uneven, the sizes were all different, the length on all of my nails were also noticeably way shorter than I asked. They also charged me six extra dollars after I clarified that I did not want a tip added to my charge. The girl that got her nails done before me left and they did not clean anything in between use of the nail station. It was unprofessional. Their masks were underneath their noses. They literally used two different nail sizes on my thumbs leaving them looking one wide and one thin. They charged me $36 after telling me the total was $30 AND I clarified that I didn’t want to tip them. They had very poor service. I also clarified to the man that did my nails that he was cutting them and filing them too short and I didn’t like it. He then continued to do the same thing two times after that. Do not recommend whatsoever. Not worth any money.

My nails are the prettiest I’ve ever had! My tech was so focused on making sure they were perfect. The place is clean and everyone who works there is very friendly.

I am very upset with the experience here. The gentleman that did my fill was not clear on prices. He didnt care to make sure my nails matched the other hand. In fact the told me they were too bad to fix-in which case I told him thats why I was there to see him. Rude. Poor quality. Do not come here.

This is a very good place of business. They offer quick and cheerful service to walk-in customers and the pedicure service is TERRIFIC. Comfortable massage chairs and relaxing environment close to Ron Jons and the beach!

My Dipping Powder nails didn’t even last a week before it started chipping off. 2 days later I had SCABS on my feet from a very overly-aggressive pedicure. Save your $$.

I just saw my ex husband and he said Wow, youre nails look amazing!. Yes, Queen Nails does that incredible of a job. The last few places I went damaged my nails by filing off gel polish too aggressively. Queen was very careful with my tender nail beds and I got dip nails which were meticulously shaped to be incredible andLong lasting. Please open up a shop near me!! I was on Vacation in Cocoa when I got them done. I was here one other time, about 2 or 3 years ago and they did an amazing job then, too, so a consistent business. Thank you so much!

Immediately turned away at the door. They did not even attempt to put us on the schedule. Their exact words were sorry, these people have appointments. I would normally completely understand if thats how they operate however, they have a sign in the window stating walk ins welcome. I did not feel welcome. Very unprofessional!!

After getting a not so great full set of acrylics at another salon I visited Queen Nails based on their Google reviews and was in no way disappointed! I had a fill in and reshape leaving me with the best looking nails I have ever had. I also had the deluxe pedicure. My daughters each had their nails painted with adorable polkadots. Highly recommend looking no further for your nail salon. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a beautiful fish that loves attention!

New Edit: I called ahead and made an appointment just do that I wouldnt have to worry about the wait...after arriving, it was as if my appointment was irrelevant. I waited 30 minutes for a chair, once I was seated (only because I complained) they told me I would have to wait for the lady in front of me to get her full set of nails done....What was the point of calling ahead if someone could walk in right at my appointment time and take my spot? I left and will never go back. It is a shame because I liked this salon.Old review:I love the owners and their family. Their children are adorable and entertaining! From the moment we walked in, this salon was awesome! The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We were a group of 7, getting pedicures and manicures for my beach wedding. They didnt rush, and did a PERFECT job on all of us. We were so relaxed and had a great time. Ill definitely come back next time Im in Cocoa Beach :)

Really upset about my experience here. 3 friends and myself decided to come to Cocoa Beach for spring break and wanted to get our nails done when we got here. After looking up reviews, we thought this was a great place. As I sit here getting a pedicure writing this, I am so disappointed. Paying $40 for acrylic nails with gel polish is already very pricey so I would expect them to look good. Unfortunately they look very poorly done. The color is not what I asked for. The shape is not what I asked for. I was made fun of for my nails (so were my friends). We were made fun of being from the state of Kentucky. I feel like it was a very rushed experience and not worth the money.My friend was even cut my one of the employees doing her nails and they handled that by laughing and acting like she should be fine. They also shortcut services by not giving you base coats for gel polish and not providing all services mentioned when wanting a specific type of pedicure. PLEASE dont make the mistake we did and PLEASE go somewhere else to get your nails done. RUDE SERVICE, CHEAPLY DONE for the cost especially.

Wonderful! Chelsea, one of the owners, listens carefully to your requests. Im from New York and acrylics are obsolete there, but in Orlando and other nail salons in Brevard and Orange counties, acrylics are the predominant service and gel fills are rarely part of the menu they provide; only gel polish over acrylic. Chelsea and her crew do a terrific job on gel fills and I recommend them to you!

My sister and I both got SNS nails on Friday the 15th of November at the same time! Her nails are great my nail tech put UV lights on mine and they started chipping two days later. We are here on vacation so I am not abusing my nails. Never had UV lamps put on SNS! What a disappointment! My sister even said why are you under lights and I said I have no idea! Guy didn’t have a clue! Her girl just looked and never said a word.we are here till Dec5th so I hope they email me and try to make it right

Best gel manicure I have ever had. Huge color selection. The tech paid attention to every detail. They also do fantastic pedicure. I believe all of the girls at the salon have done my nails, so I dont have a favorites.

Which I love at this nail salon is that the technicians are really professional and friendly. Went there the other day for a fill, the guy not only was rushing the whole time but cut me several times. He had an attitude the entire time. Not worth the price.

Yesterday was my first and last visit to queen nails. I had a gel fill with French tips, the lines are fuzzy, and the gel is all uneven, like it was just slopped on. I wanted thin lines and rounded nails and the guy acted like it was a hassle to round them more when I asked. AND It was $38, I couldve gotten a new set with designs down the road. And there was a baby crying from the back the whole time. Im not impressed. I wont be back.
