Abby did mine and my husbands hair, and my make up for our wedding and lemme tell you we looked PERFECT! I had a very long cathedral veil and my hair held it up during the entire ceremony. The veils weight did eventually get the best of me but my hair never wavered 😁 I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist for our big day.

My girlfriend and I got pedicures. We both enjoyed it. She especially loved it. Great way to spend time together. Very relaxing and calming atmosphere. Personal service. We will definitely be back.

As a Florida local already relaxation is key. Visited Cocoa to just relax and unwind and had a truly wonderful experience here. The staff were extremely welcoming, the massage was excellent, cute gifts, and great location. Had a massage in the tiki hut outside and it was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I absolutely loved it there and would go again. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

I went to the Cocoa Beach Spa and got the relaxation massage, it was such a rejuvenating experience. Everyone was polite, professional and the spa itself was a cute, cozy little gem! I highly recommend the Cocoa Beach Spa!

We signed up for the couples massage and Kaitlyn and Sarah did not disappoint. We love our massageses and a good masseuse is not easy to come by. I recommend Cocoa Beach Spa if you are looking to relax.

I enjoyed the spa and the massage therapist was great had I not been getting a prenatal massage....I dont know if it was just the therapist or the spa but they had no knowledge of prenatal massage. The pillow advertised online was not complete. There were other pieces that were not utilized and made me lying in a prone position extremely uncomfortable. Pillows or a wedge were not provided for either a side lying position or the supine position. The more research I have done about prenatal massages have only led me to believe my therapist was not qualified or certified to do prenatal massage. As a customer please check for certification before scheduling a pregnancy massage.

Place is older and small. Good atmosphere but if you are looking for that place with the extra spa treatments like a sauna, it does not have that. The staff is very good and friendly!

Abbey did my hair today - Organic foils and a trim/cut - I absolutely love it! Organic foils are supposed to be kinder to your hair. My stylist was ready the minute I walked in the door. Their check in process is so efficient. Abbey was very friendly, fast and knew exactly what I wanted. I love Cocoa Beach Spa and have never been disappointed. The hot stone massage was excellent! Highly recommend! The mermaid wrap was a nightmare! First the product was quickly put on... then the therapist left the room for 15 minutes. Barely stuck head in the door and declared needed an additional 15 minutes and left. At other spas, the therapist stays with you, and massages your feet, face, scalp... therapist comes back in and hurriedly removed some of the mask. After the therapist claimed I was done it took 2 additional towels to get all the areas missed. Then when I got home, I found more mask all over me! My skin felt dry! Do not get the wrap!!!

Cocoa Beach Spa is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough! I have had many types of services here and I am always completely happy with my experience. Best spa in Brevard! They are the kindest and most relaxing spa and I have ever been to. Every member of The staff is so incredibly caring.My favorite therapist are Payton and Lacey, they give such a wonderful relaxing personality and method I am so happy. My favorite service is a 90 min therapy massage. I am disabled and suffer from Grand Mal seizures this spa helps me recover after every one. Both Peyton when Shes upfront and Lily the receptionists are amazing and I met the owner today who was very kind! Grand Mal seizures cause severe memory loss and I forgot we booked the appointment, Peyton called 30 mins late and was kind enough to reschedule me for 6!Thank you guys!God Bless

I lived in Cocoa Beach for two years and am now back to being a snowbird, and love this spa. I have been going to Melissa for facials and eye brows for two years. But yesterday, I really needed a massage for a tweaked back and I got the best massage ever from Amy, who listened to me and worked out the knots. It was rejuvenating and gave me back a weekend. While there, I had a gel pedicure which came out beautiful, done by Dina. The spa is clean, comfortable and the customer service is excellent.

I had a fairly severe back and neck tweak and was so uncomfortable I had to do something about it. I called the spa and they fit me right in. Super clean and welcoming environment with friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely go back....in fact, just thinking about how great I felt afterward, I may just book an appointment now...

I had Nicole foil my hair. She did not speak to me until right at the end. She foiled my long hair faster than someone who was also getting foils, but has short hair. I told her I wanted platinum blond. She rinsed my hair out as soon as she got done foiling. It didn’t even have time to process. I left there with my hair looking the exact same as when I got there. It didn’t look like she even touched my roots. Disappointed to say the least.

This was a very clean and professional spa! I really enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere was very homelike and comfortable and it didnt feel like a hospital. My therapist was Lynn and she was amazing! She is very good at her job and is very easy to get along with. When I left, I felt very relaxed and wanted to do great things for the world. I look forward to coming back on my next vacation. Thank you!!

Alexis was amazing!...I had Been experiencing a migraine headache for three days and was going to go to the emergency room because every other thing I tried did not work..and I was miserable.. a friend recommended trying a massage at Cocoa Beach spa, I was skeptical but would rather do that then going to the emergency room ..Alexis worked her magic and within an hour my headache was gone and I couldn’t believe it,Thank you so much !

The technicians that helped us were wonderful. The pricing and communication of said pricing, not so much. Please make sure that the prices that are given match what is actually charged. If a 20% gratuity is going to be added to the services this needs to be to disclosed at the beginning of services or posted within the pricing brochures.Edit (9/15/19)After reaching out with questions as instructed by the response I was given horrible customer service when I tried to discuss what my concerns were.If a location is going to offer a bridal party services then a private room is probably a good idea if you are going to ask those in the party to remain quiet or keep at a whisper level when speaking with each other. When speaking to the person on the phone I was told that one of my services was $25, but I was charged $35. When I asked about a service that I thought was a combination they told me that it wasn’t. Instead of allowing me to question the misunderstanding they proceeded to go into detail of what the other service is. So what was a two star review is now a one star. Customer service training is highly recommended.Side note: Of course we were happy when we were leaving, a friend was getting married and it was a special day. The services given where not in question. The technicians were amazing. The communication and customer service outside of our technicians were what was in question. My call today just confirmed it.

After reading so many positive reviews, I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding from their company but I’ve had a NIGHTMARE with this company to even have a decent conservation with them. Peyton and Savannah have zero communication skills, unprofessional, and horrible attitudes that should be working at McDonalds and not a higher end salon. I’ve had trouble with this salon since Day 1 so I shouldn’t be this surprised. I had to beg for communication, when I called the salon to speak with Peyton I got attitudes asking if it was even her who I was speaking with and even a bigger one when I told her what I wanted. I explained thoroughly I didn’t have a huge wedding party and wasn’t going to dump thousands of dollars in her salon when it was just me getting my hair and makeup done and she was shocked that it was just me! Sometimes people have small weddings and not prepared to spend thousands of dollars when I rather have a better honeymoon.. I just want them to know you lost a valuable customer all because whatever you guys were doing every time I called or wanted an email response who acted like you didn’t care about me. I wasn’t important enough and that’s why you lost my business and I’ll make sure this gets posted on every single page!

I visited this spa when I was in town with my best friend on our girls weekend before her wedding. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the whole staff seemed focused on making us relax and enjoy our spa day. Joyce gave an amazing massage, working out knots in my shoulders and making sure to focus where I needed. This was followed by a facial with Mia who had a kindness and positive energy that instantly made me like her. Both services were incredible. This was a great end to our weekend.

Great atmosphere and great people! Not only do they have great massages but I recently got a haircut and my beard trimmed and couldnt believe how well it came out! They also carry a great supply of mens grooming products! Guys, if your looking for a place to get spiffed up before a night out this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Rhesa has been absolutely amazing. She is a skilled and experienced stylist.Understood what I wanted and did a great job with my hair. She looks over my hair, even flat irons before cutting. She is a perfectionist with the color and cut. Explains to me the best way for me to blow dry and style my hair. I am a snowbird and she wrote all the instructions and took pictures so my stylist up north hopefully will be able to do almost as good a job as Rhesa. Highly recommend the salon.

After recently relocating from Los Angeles, it was wonderful to find Coco Beach Spa!I went in for a cut and a new shade of color and came out looking like I just left a salon in Beverly Hills. I know what a great cut entails and thats what I got.Bethany rocks! Next time Im adding a facial to my visit, I know Im in good hands.

Got a spa pedicure. Honestly, its the worst Ive ever experienced. My feet are still covered in dry, dead, rough skin. Theres nail polish all over the tips and sides of my toes. Theyre way overpriced for what theyre offering.

I had a massage 3 days ago by Loretta at this GREAT SPA. She was amazing. Im going back again on my birthday in 2 weeks. The place is very clean, owners Dan & Melissa care for every detail and the value for what you get is awesome.

Have been going here since moving to Cocoa Beach and losing my former hair stylist. Rhesa is awesome. I love the text and email reminder system they have in place to make certain you keep track of appointment times and dates. Salon is quaint clean and very well designed.

Had an amazing experience here. Dont be fooled by the exterior of the building which looks a bit run down. The inside was clean and welcoming, as was the staff.The deep tissue and hot stone massages were out of this world and the place is very reasonably priced!

Cozy and elegant atmosphere!! Very friendly and professional!! I was booked for a manicure. They had a full schedule and still added a pedicure to my appointment. All other salons I have tried has left me with toenail fungus from the tubs they use. Cocoa Beach Spa uses the coper bowl which is safe from getting germs from other people. Now I have healthy, beautiful nails!! 2 wks later and polish on hands and toes looks as good as they day it was applied. Coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates and a selection of wine are all part of their service. Wonderful place to relax and wonderful people.

Stay away.Almost every single time I’ve gotten my hair colored or treated, I’ve had to come back and have it redone. Understanding getting used to a stylist takes time, I’ve let a lot go because the people at the spa were nice and always tried to correct the error.I’ve spent a ton of money there on hair, nails, and massages. The massages are never really deep tissue like you pay for, despite asking the therapist to adjust. The gel manicure I got lasted a week, so I would go to a proper nail establishment. $300 keratin treatments are never done right, with the next wash leaving your hair frizzy and poofy. Highlights come out streaky and trashy looking. Despite all of this, 20% tips were always left, because I’m clearly too nice.The straw that broke the camel’s back was today. I called to push out my haircut and style (which the stylist told me I had an hour for) 30 min. My stylist, Rehsa, was “fully booked”, which I understand. I requested to alter the service to just a dry cut, no shampoo, no style.... the front desk woman “could not move me” even though that would take literally 20 minutes. She refused to let me speak with the owners (who are always there) or the stylist directly to explain I just wanted a dry cut.When you spend thousands of dollars in an establishment and consistently come back despite how they have messed up your hair time and time again, it’s beyond infuriating the owners or stylist “couldn’t talk to you” or make time for your 30 min service, despite you booking an hour.Stay far away from this spa- it will only end in a headache and lots of money down the drain.

This is our favorite place for a massage and facial in Brevard. Its an old home on the beach converted to a spa so its welcoming and not intimidating. Melissa gives such great facials and always makes my skin feel amazing.

Literally just left 5 mins ago and Kim hands down is the best massage therapist I ever had... I have back problems I didnt even have to tell her where... She knew why my foot were hurting and gave me tips on what I could to relieve pain my first time in Cocoa Beach and when I come back I will definitely be going back to see Kim I even booked my husband so he can feel the experience 😍😍😍😍

They never called me to confirm the appointment or sent me a reminder and I was charged $73 for a service that I did not receive. Very Disappointing! Never Going back!

I was looking for a massage and did my research before going to the Cocoa Beach Spa. The reviews were all glowing! I get back pain when I dont keep my quads and hamstrings stretched out. So I was looking for a sports massage. They set me up the same day with Lacy. Lacy really knows her stuff, I wish I was going to be here long enough to go see her again. While I was in there my wife got a hydro-facial, and she looks younger.This place is Legit-

I’ve been getting the Hydrafacial with Melissa for 4 months now and not only is the Hydrafacial the BEST facial I’ve ever gotten, but Melissa is a very knowledgeable and talented aesthetician. I have sensitive, problem skin and she always takes the time to address my concerns and clear the problems. Within a few days my skin is glowing and I can’t wait for my next appointment. The atmosphere of the spa is boutique style, very cute, clean and relaxing. Perfect for Cocoa Beach.

What a wonderful surprise this place was ! Ive had many massages in my lifetime, including and up to the Ritz Carlton and this one I would have to rate the very best yet ! Joyce Thompson took care of my therapeutic massage and 30 minute dry brush treatment and it was fabulous ! She focused especially on my lower back which is always sore because of ostheoporosis and used peppermint and lavender essential oils as well as hot towels to enhance the experience. She even took the time to show me stretches afterwards to help my back !
