One of the most welcoming crossfit gyms around! Definitely a must visit if you are in the area!

Could not be more impressed with this place. The coaches are incredible! I like how a lot of emphasis is put on good form and technique and the coaches also provide different ways to modify/customize the workouts to better align with everyones specific strength levels. Would highly recommend.

Honestly didnt know what to expect from Crossfit this year. When we entered the facility it is clean, well maintained and friendly in both staff and attendees. Crossfit has changed our lives and has become a fine addition for our lifestyles, improving our quality of life and health.Celeste & Steve (the owners) strive to have a quality facility and well qualified coaches. They are quality people that are open and inclusive to everyone that approaches them. This place is absolutely incredible. The coaches are knowledgeable and care about the athletes. This place really is all about inclusion, accepting people of all body types, ability levels, ages, etc. Great community feel and very reasonably priced, great value. If you are looking to get fit and want to be part of an accepting community, this the place for you. So so glad they are here!

CrossFit Inclusion is a fantastic box run by fantastic people. Stephen & Celeste have done remarkable job with utilizing the space on The Space Coast. Coachs and members were friendly. Workouts were great and coachs were detailed with each movement prior to the WOD, which is nice to see. I went twice while on vacation and look forward to going back. They were out of bumper stickers but went out of their way to mail a couple to me when they got a resupply.

This gym was incredible! Made me feel right at home and was SUPER accommodating. 10/10 for this gym and the staff! Crushed it!

Such a great gym and wonderful people. Id never done crossfit before this location opened, so I was nervous when I walked in. Everyone there is encouraging and they are on top of making sure that my form is correct to prevent injury. I would recommend this location to anyone of all fitness levels.

On my recent visit to Cocoa Beach, I was fortunate enough to stay just two blocks from Crossfit Inclusion and drop in each day of my trip. The rates for drop in were extremely reasonable, so there was no excuse not to go! The coaches and members were all very welcoming and I felt right at home from the get-go. The classes started on time, and they went through warm-ups prior to starting the main workout each class. The gym itself was very clean and organized, and just a beautiful space (complete with bathrooms and a shower!). The gym is located in a pretty central space with parking out front, and it was super easy to find. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area, visitor or resident, looking for a great part of the Crossfit Community!

After visiting several dozen different boxes throughout the East Coast (Florida to DC), Inclusion has by far the best programming, equipment and coaching in which Ive experienced.

Coaches give unclear direction and appear to lack experience. You aren’t allowed to drop barbells on the floor because the noise and vibration bothers the neighbors.
