Honest Review: We stayed in 222. Unit was clean, super comfy beds, nice big porch, plenty of chairs. Super close to the beach and Pier. Everything you need as far as beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. More then enough room for our family of 6. Make sure to read the rules about coolers, alcohol and pool hours. If your looking for a very quiet, place to stay, head in early and do not care about having cocktails poolside this is your spot. If you like to have poolside cocktails and swim in the evenings, this is not the place for you, and it is closely monitored. Dont think for a second that theyre just saying that like they all do. There are absolutely no coolers/alcohol allowed at the pool. Their is no maid service and you do have to wash the towels and sheets before you leave but that was no big deal.

Rented a two bedroom Apt, location is perfect, on the beach, two minutes walk from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jones and restaurants .Apt was very clean and with all the necessary items for a short stay .

The condos were well-maintained, these heated saltwater pool was amazing and the steps to the beach we can never get anywhere else! Best trip ever already planning the next one! Highly recommended

Easy check in. Easy check out. Decent location for watching launches. Clean room, never had the pleasure of meeting the manager but I’m guessing it’s better that way. Clean rooms and average price for the amenities. Will be back again one day!

Very nice and close to the beach and pier.

First, I would like to say that the unit was very clean, spacious and the location was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Beach access was fantastic. It was well stocked, everything worked and we had no issues.The onsite manager on the other hand was unlike anything we have ever experienced. First, he constantly hounded people for having drinks at the pool (not even in the pool). These were guests just quietly sitting on the lounge chairs and pool tables trying to enjoy their vacation. No glass bottles, not making any noise, yet he was constantly telling them no drinking was allowed even though it was in a closed container.The next day his wife saw a speaker at the pool and asked another guest what kind of music they were playing, and they said none right now. She replied good because she preferred not to hear any music at all. Everyone was just minding their own business having a relaxing time except for them nagging the guests.On one of our first days there we heard him tell another guest to remove their towels from the pool railing because they dont do ghetto here.On our last day, my wife was sitting at the pool drinking a bottle of water and eating a small pack of crackers. She literally had finished one cracker when he came out and told her eating wasnt allowed at the pool. He told her she should be a better example to her children and follow the rules. He then asked what unit she was in and called the owner who sent me a message apologizing if he was rude to us. I explained to her he was just a complete jerk. He then came back to the pool later to yell at some other kids for having a 12 inch round float. He said rafts arent allowed in the pool. I told him that wasnt a raft and he should let them have some fun. He said I dont make the rules, I just enforce them. I told him that no one will come back the way he treats guests. He said if you dont like the rules, go get a place at the Days Inn. I told him if everyone did that he would be out of a job. He said that is just fine, with Covid-19, I prefer no one to be here anyway. He then threated to get the condo president and I told him I would love to talk to her. After him threatening to get her, he said she probably didnt have time...So if you prefer to have a bully hall monitor micro-manage you on vacation, this is the place for you! It is a real shame he is the face of such a beautiful property!

We stayed in a second floor ocean front condo and the views of the ocean, the sunrise and the lighting were spectacular. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards for the boys. We would definitely rent unit 231 again.

Amazing place and location. Beachfront views and steps away from the Ocean. Very quiet, even being close to the pool. We stayed in 232. This place is a hidden gem. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. This has exceeded our expectations. My entire family has many great things to say about our stay. We will definitely be back.

This place is wonderful! Kim, the owner, is so great to work with. Location, location, location is perfect. Right in the center of anything you want to do. A three minute walk from the pier! You can sit in the living room and see the beautiful pool. Going out on the deck you also get the ocean view. It is a smaller complex which I loved and everyone was really friendly. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need to walk in and just relax. Have already booked for next year. You dont want to miss out on this one!

What a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Its around pretty much everything you want to do. I love it! Highly recommend booking reservations here. Its a home away from home. Friendly people, affordable prices and its clean. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great place to stay! Condo 205 was clean and very affordable. Nicely decorated and remodeled except for the very old ensuite and bathrooms. Had everything you needed and more! Kitchen was a bit cluttered with extra pots and pans etc. Smoke detector always went off- the stove fan is not enough. Requires walking up and down one flight of stairs to get to the front door and the bedroom is up another flight of stairs that have no railing so kids could fall over. The parking spot is quite far from the condo. Loved the views from the balcony but we had to walk to the beach to see the sunrise because the ocean view is partially obstructed. Balcony was fairly private and large enough to eat our meals on. Wed stay here again and recommend it.

Cocoa Beach Club at Cocoa Beach. A great place to live and stay for your next vacation. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier.Meticulously maintained by the condo managers.Very large heated pool, Ocean front condos, putting green, and a fabulous ocean breeze.

Very nice and private. Beds pretty comfortable...better then hotel. Pillows were nice. Some upgrades here and there. Full size washer and dryer was a plus. Keyless entey perfect so you dont worry about losing keys in ocean.

First day here.... Our unit is perfect for our family. Pool is warm (here in February) and ocean view is fantastic. People seem friendly and the place seems really well maintained.

This place is nice. Tina and Kurt have done a great job with managing this property. Always clean, private beach access, private beach showers, private pool.

The homes are great and big for more on the cheaper side on your pockets. Great family stay and pool location. Right alongside the beach

Great location on Cocoa Beach. Only a few feet to the beach. Beware of noise from construction on some condos near pool (Nov 2015).
