Marla Vardaman of Cocoa Beach Best Realty told me multiple times that she wouldnt lease out a unit without first offering me the unit. I asked her to let me know how a potential showing went. She didnt answer me and I decided to ask how it went since she couldnt answer me. She indeed ~had~ decided to lease it to someone without talking to me. Know that these realtors value $$ rather than sticking to their word.
