We had an absolutely wonderful family getaway this weekend here. Everything is updated and pristine. The lazy river, the sand play area for the kids, the wonderful full hot breakfast in the morning. I can’t believe we haven’t found this place sooner. We will be back soon, very soon!

Stay away! Got 3 rooms. My room had spots of what looked like blood on the roof and walls of the bathroom and ac stopped working at 230 in the am. Which maintenence does not work that late. My sisters suite had mold all throughout the bathroom. The rooms are SO outdated. Mini fridge had leftover food in it. Yes there is a lazy river but 3 ft. Of water so plan on floating in a tube cause swinging is not happening. My daughters birthday was not as we hoped for this place. So many issues.

This place is forcing you to wear mask. And i hope the government will fine this place, for violating the state law. I am reporting this place. I went it for breakfast and an old guy, I think he is manager or something, he says he will have us thrown off the property if we don’t wear mask. And he said he don’t care what the government will say, he will inforce the mask.

Overall, this was a great place for a family getaway. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the convenience of being able to sign out beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart to make our day at the beach more enjoyable. As a parent, I loved the 2-room suite, which allowed me a place to have some peace and quiet at the end of the day. 🙂The pet rate was reasonable, but the designated pet area left a lot to be desired. Not only was it small and you had to walk your pet through cars to get to the tiny patch of grass, it was also super invested with fire ants.We would likely stay again.

The first room we had was a bit dated but their suites are amazing when we moved rooms. The breakfast was great and had great variation. The pool is perfect and the other amenities were top notch.Wed love to give a shout out to Yvonne who was amazing on our first day when i had to bring my fussy 5 year old with special needs to hang in the lobby. She was so sweet and helpful. Thank you!

If its possible to get better mileage out of a dollar in Cocoa Beach, Ive yet to see it done.Hot breakfast included. Awesome pool with a lazy river. We caught a movie in the courtyard. Live entertainment at the bar, which has great drink specials. And a nice big suite-style room for all of us and our stuff.

Very family oriented and friendliest staff weve encountered so far on our vacation. They have a hot breakfast buffet, karaoke nights, live music, and a fun lazy river pool with a beautiful garden in the middle. So serene and relaxing. Complementary bikes to ride on the strip and beach. First hotel weve stayed in where all of the guests are so friendly, nice, and peaceful.

This Hotel is not fancy but it is Family friendly. The pool is nice. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. They allow pets and the daily fee is very affordable. I would visit again.

I wanted a nice relaxing place to go with a lazy river to celebrate my birthday. This hotel is a basic beach town hotel. It is certainly not a resort. The lazy river was smaller than I had hoped for, but we had a relaxing afternoon. There was a poolside DJ, and a pool bar. The room was clean but basic. The breakfast in the morning had many options and was good. I dont know if it was worth $300 for the night, but it was a nice experience.

Clean, kitchen for cooking, refrigerator, bike rentals. And the beds are cozy. Great experience!

Great hotel and very affordable! Would stay there again. Short walk to the beach and if you rather just chill at the hotel you can enjoy chilling in their lazy river. We spent a lot of time in there. The staff is friendly and you don’t have to walk too far for food and/or drinks. They have a bar and small restaurant there. Try the Beef Nachos, YUM!!

Beachside Hotel is a little dated, but I kinda liked it that way. My room was equipped with everything I needed...and the ice machine filled my cooler really fast. The breakfast buffet is awesome! The pool area was very cool and the beach bar was convenient 😁 There is a Starbucks located nextdoor to the hotel and the beach is a short walk. Everybody was nice, friendly and super accommodating. I had a fantastic time! 💜

Overall the stay was good. It was a short walk to the beach. It was just on the other side of the street. The breakfast was OK. I wish they had bacon or sausage instead of corn beef hash during my stay. The pool, lazy river, and sand area was nice. My family really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were good but could have used some more cleaning. The first room I was given has blood on the walls and blood stains on the sheets, so I was switched to another room. The second room was better but there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the air conditioner stopped working. They had to put a whole new unit in my room. But, like I mentioned overall it was a good stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and my family had no other complaints.

This hotel was cute. It was definitely dated but had an updated lobby and some rooms were updated- the suites were. The staff was very friendly. The location was good all though it was advertised as beachside and it definitely was not beach front. We paid an upgrade for a beach view and the beach view was a joke. You could see a TINY bit of water through the condos in front of the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. I’d imagine if you were on the 5th floor you might be able to see better.The pool was fun but crowed and we went in September, I can’t imagine in the summer! There was a lot of drinking and partying but nothing inappropriate. I was woken up at 11:30 by neighbors upstairs banging on the their door and dogs barking so the hotel can get loud. Again, I’d imagine it would be very loud in the peak seasons.The breakfast was excellent with good choices. We got a suite and it was very accommodating all though my back did hurt the next morning but the bed was cozy.Overall I would recommend just don’t get an ocean view unless you’re ok with a peep of the ocean. If you get a pool view room it would be very loud so be prepared for that if you have little ones.Also, be prepared if you check in online. You will get an email stating your room is ready with your room number and that you can check in. Unfortunately when you go to check in before 2:00 the hotel charges you $25 despite the email stating you can check in.

Loved it. Will come back. Wake up early for the carts, umbrella, etc..they go fast. Surfboards are missing fins, just go to Ron Jons and rent it for the whole day for $10...just get a large car to carry it. Everyone is super friendly. They should really have an outside shower toward the back of the hotel/Beach....otherwise its sweeping the sand up several times (yes thats what the broom is for/kinda dont want to work on my vaca) showers no tubs, so prepare for water everywhere on the floor

I loved everything about this place!! My family and I enjoyed it alot. One thing that bummed me out was that the ac smelled like mold/mildew and my allergies were terrible when we left.

Loved the tower room with extra space and balcony! Beds comfy and rooms very clean and updated. Shower pressure could be a little better. So enjoyed the lazy river, floats, snacks and drinks at bar! Free breakfast was excellent and so many choices- only wish eggs were real. Staff was very polite and helpful! Walking distance to bars, stores, mini golf and beach! We will definitely be back!!!!

Pool area nice. Room needed some updates. Had an odor in the room that was very strong! Great bar service and breakfast bar.

We were there for 4 nights and it was decent. The rooms look nice, but when you look closer, they arent very clean and you can tell that some of the items in the room are very old. The balcony door was very hard to open and close. The regular door was also very hard to open and close you really had to push! The shower was old and had plenty of stains from wear and tear. What really bothered me was when I unfolded the couch to set it up for bed. The mattress was very dirty. It had stains and one stain of blood. I think someone had lady issues. I folded up the couch and we purchased an inflatable instead as we did not feel like moving. We have 3 kids and a lot of stuff to lug around so we just did what we could. The elevator was so hot and it felt like we were gonna fall through. I think they started working on the floor. We all loved the pool, the staff was so kind and breakfast was great!

When I booked my stay here I did not realize check in time would be at 4, however the front desk lady Lue, Managed to check me in sooner than that, after that we walked into our room and it was Perfect, everything was clean and we enjoyed the Lazy river. We got to stay in a beach view room and the beach was almost walking distance from us. it was perfect we wish we would have stayed longer!

This is an older hotel that has been given a lot of love and upgrades. We paid 339 for a night during 4th of July weekend. While this is not luxury accommodation it is quite charming. The check in process was quick friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean had a larger refrigerator freezer and a microwave. I was there with family but there were folks who had a cooler and were outside their rooms drinking and having a good time. It did get kinds loud kind of late but just bring some earplugs and you will be fine. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise as well, just for the selection. Quality is not the best, but i was just expecting some Danish and coffee. This has make you own waffles, eggs (powdered) pancakes (frozen) potatoes and sausage as i said, not the best but really good for an inclusion. It is a short walk to the beach and they have a wagon with beach chairs and umbrella to use bit they go quick so get up early and grab one. They had live entertainment during the day by the pool and a pool bar with a nice selection. Overall i am pleasantly surprised by this place, it has a bit of a party vibe bit still family friendly.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend for my 40th birthday. It was a great time. The rooms were clean and if ever we needed anything, the staff assisted. The pool was awesome-kids and adults highly enjoyed it. Breakfast was great and the poolside bar was great too. I recommend you check it out.

We stayed here last week for the Space X Crew-2 launch and we loved it. It was pretty overpriced at like $280 a night but thats expected at hotels around here before any launch. Room was somewhat clean but the beds were some of the cleanest Ive ever slept in at a hotel. Plenty of parking. Our room had direct access to the pool area which was very cool. Free breakfast was delicious, and this hotel is in a great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Lastly, the lazy river pool is AWESOME. Many children and adults alike enjoyed the unique pool and thats certainly the biggest highlight of this hotel.

Very friendly staff fast check in. Rooms were updated and clean. Loved all the space with separated living room. From outside parking lot you can not tell how nice the inside is. Glad we booked.

A very unique place, great breakfast, and very clean. My only complaint is that the only way to get a good room is by booking directly through them. Any third party booking gets the back of the building rooms. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Overall we had a nice stay at Beachside. Id give it 3 1/2 Stars. Check in was a breeze using the on-line site. Workers at the Front Desk were pleasant and helpful. The grounds are spacious and in good shape. The lazy river is awesome. Breakfast was good. We appreciated the COVID safety precautions of wearing gloves and masks for the breakfast buffet.The room was spacious and clean. It shows its age by being a little rough around the edges. The patio furniture on the balcony is used and dirty. There was always standing water from the elevator to the room. The air conditioners work fine but are very noisy. The bed was good and the bathroom clean.A few criticisms: 1) at 7:00 am on a Thursday morning there was no hot water in the shower. I ran the water for 20 minutes with no hot water. This was room 404.2) the trash can by the dog walk area was overflowing when we checked in and still not emptied until after 10am the next day. Trash was also in the parking lot in the back of the hotel.3) there were no Dog Waste Bags in the receptacle by the dog walk area. We bring our own but there are many lazy dog owners who did not pick up after their dogs.4) the dog walk area is a poop minefield. Some guests are obviously not bothering to pick up their dogs waste. That dog walk area was so overwhelmed with poop

Great staycation! We loved the vacation music at the pool, the breakfast, and the hospitality of the front desk! The rooms were cute and comfy and whatever they wash their laundry in smells amazing. The bee products in the shower smelled nice too. I like that the pool was open until 11 and the sandy area was a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. The WiFi worked well and I was happy to have a mini fridge in the room.

Very nice! Close to the beach! Stayed a full 6 nights with my children! Loved the pool! The food was not that good the breakfast was better it was free! Great drinks 🍹! Would definitely stay again

This hotel is great for families with kids. It is an old place but had been remodeled. This isnt a 5 star place but good for what it offers. It is close to the beach but not ON it.

The room was very clean which is the most important thing in my opinion. Great location, the staff is super friendly, and the lazy river is a cool feature although it does decrease the size of the pool. It would be perfect if they had a hot tub though. Plus, I thought it wasnt overpriced even with the pet fee for my dog. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is nice. I think they have put some money in to it. The staff (Amy and Chet) in housekeeping and food service are awesome. The front desk people are very good and try to do what they can to get you everything you need. Good for people with kids. Its close to the beach and shopping. I hope they put some money in to the exterior and elevator (kind of scary) but the pool and rooms are great.

We loved our stay and would stay here again. The pool was very nice and family friendly. I left one of my bags with a lot of valuables in it on my way to the airport. The hotel staff saved the day and got my bag back to me so we didnt miss the flight!!!! My heroes! Very close to the beach too. So great would highly recommend.

I would Ike to start off with the fact that we booked this property through a third party sight. Based on another reviewers post, third party bookings get the outdated building in the front of the hotel. The reason I gave it a shot was because of how the guests raved about its cleanliness. We got there at noon, a few hours before check in. They said they had a room available but it was going to be an additional $25. Ok. No big deal right? Our room was 510. It was supposed to be a beachfront suite. What we got was a filthy outdated room with urine all over the sheets and some unknown liquid scattered all over the wall and the chair. I traditionally do not write reviews, but this place was disgusting. The white table base barely showed an inch of white. During a global pandemic, you think places would be spotless. This place was not. I immediately checked out and found a clean and sanitary property down the road for the same price. Look elsewhere.

Positive: Location was excellent, staff was friendly, and the room was great! I will be staying here again when we come back to Cocoa Beach. Negative: My room did have a weird smell in the bedroom section. Kind of like a syrupy urine smell. It wasnt too offensive, but noticeable.

My boyfriend and I stayed in room 609 for a week in January. The room was beyond our expectations- it had a separate living room area equipped with a pullout couch and small table with modern chairs/stools, and a kitchenette (with lots of cupboard space). The bedroom area was very spacious and we definitely appreciated the extra storage space the big dresser provided. The view though, the view was incredible! We were able to lay in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean; it was nice to sit on the balcony too and people watch. We were able to enjoy the bar onsite, their food and drinks were delicious, the bartender was very friendly and sociable. The lazy river/pool and pool deck was very clean and enjoyable. Access to the beach was just across the street, less than a 5 minute walk. Ron Jon was just a block away. There is also a mini golf course and a cute little ice cream shop across the street. During our week long stay we didn’t experience anything wrong with our room or amenities. Would definitely recommend 100%! We will definitely be making a yearly trip to stay here!

Hotel is old but redone. Still old, but fresh coat of paint. Walk to the beach is not bad. Only pool is lazy river pool, when its full, cant get in it. Bar is nice, but pricey. Free breakfast was awesome.

From the outside, not too exciting. Though the inner courtyard and pool is nice! Beach proximity is great. The room was fine. Not luxurious, but comfortable.

Dont let the other reviews fool you. This place is a gem. We live on the other coast of Florida and this is everything Florida. Yes. Its an older building. But the renovations are great. They played homage to an old Florida hotel. Just loved it here. Its no Hilton. But it felt like it. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Super crazy family friendly. Lazy river. Everything is so close. Beach a skip away. They have chair and toy rentals. Bikes. Wagons. You name it. My only complaint would e their lack of a store its a cooler and some snacks. Have the space to have a decent lil coffee snack shop. Extra income. Done deal. But Ill say. This will be in a stay in the future. Just really please with the work done here and the staff. Good job.

My friends and I came for a quick vacation. This hotel has a great location. Very close to the beach and relatively close to the pier. Our room wasn’t as clean as advertised. We couldn’t walk on the floor barefoot because it was dirty and sticky. However, the staff was nice. One of the employees, Rome, was really helpful. Overall, the stay was good. We just wished the room was cleaned better.

Me and my kids have a really good time there. The staff were really kind and happy to assist you. Lazy river and the sandy play area was great for my kids.. The Duck Dive food was great. We love the music and all the service.. So relaxing!!

The moment we came the receptionist Lue greeted us and was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so kind and generous and ensured our stay was everything and MORE! Lazy river pool was so fun and bar was GREAT will be back next year for another girls weekend!

If you havent been to the newly renovated Beachside Hotel and Suites and are looking for a hotel in Cocoa Beach, you should give them a shot. The lazy river is amazing, they give you everything you need for the beach for free if you are staying there and their staff is amazing.Cant recommend this place enough. Oh yea, the drinks and food at the duck dive bar are awesome too.

Workers were so flexible and accommodating. Got a suite and so comfortable. So many places have so many rules but not hear. Very comfortable. We will be back soon

Great value for what you get. Service was a little understaffed but they are hiring so that should resolve itself. Pool was wonderful, kiddos would have stayed in there till they kicked us out! Complimentary amenities were a nice perk. Within easy walking distance from the beach.

First the good: Lady at the front desk was super nice and professional.The bad: Upon arrival i was given a key to room 104 as soon as i opened the dor i could smell moist stale air, Started to inspect the bedding and found crumbs, hair, little black spots and a huge stain under the mattress topper. Overall room was outdated and way pass its lifespan. Another ridiculous fact was that room safe was not attached to anything turning it in to a perfect pre-packaged gift to a thieve. Went back to the front desk and was given a second room 102 i believe which was a carbon copy of the previous one plus a roach on the wall. Needless to say we relocated at 1am to another hotel.

The hotel and the staff were great. Definitely family friendly. Very simple walk to the beach. The only thing we didnt like was that we hung the tag on the door for someone to come and freshen our room (sweep and empty trash) it hung on the door for three days and it never happened. I ended up buying trash bags and a broom and doing it myself. It did seem they may have been a bit short on staff. I would stay again.

DON’T BE FOOLED! Not as nice as the photos. Check out user submitted ones this place is kind of run down. Rooms are recently renovated, no carpet - that’s a plus. There’s no gym here - seriously never heard of a hotel with no gym. Pool/River is too small for the number of units. Place is totally overrun with kids. Our fridge smelled like rotten squid lips.

Our family LOVED our visit to Beachside! The lazy river/courtyard beach was a kids dream come true. The location was perfect! A very short walk to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean and to our satisfaction. It was the perfect stay! In fact, we added an extra night because we didnt want to leave.

The staff at the front desk were super nice & helpful. The place isnt brand new but the updates really make this a beautiful place to stay. My only negative is that I would prefer the old pool to the new lazy river. Fantastic location too!

Im giving this hotel a 5 star review but because of other reviews, I feel like I need to specify that if you are looking for a 5 star hotel,this isnt it, however this is totally a 5 star BEACH hotel. Yes there is a difference. This place is down to earth, friendly, and laid back beachy. You wont find a Hilton experience here but you will find fun, friendly, and clean. The rooms and pool are both clean and perfect for a beach vacation. The hotel is conveniently located to tons of places that can be accessed by walking.

My flight got in late so we checked in late. The front desk working that night got us the keys room 140. We opened the door and there was a guy sleeping in the room! Front desk upgraded us to a pool side view but it was like walking into a motel 6. Musty smell and super run down. We were so tired from the flight and getting in late that we just took the room. HUGE MISTAKE! Late that night I found a cockroack as I was going to the bathroom! That morning it was a new front desk staff and I explained how bad of experience I had. They said I could check out or move rooms again. But I would have to pay one full day of 250$ even if I was in the room for a couple hours if I checked out! I had other friends and family staying at the hotel and really didnt want the hassle of finding another hotel. So I asked front desk if they can get me into a room that was cleaner and in another building for such bad experience. Took some time but they finally moved me into a suite room. For the price you pay every night for the room I was expecting the rooms to be alot better. Then come to find out they dont have room cleaning service. Only thing they do is run up towels to your room and leave them at your door. Being by the beach there was alot of sand and I was told there is a broom in the room and to clean the room myself! I did not come on vacation to be paying that much money and cleaning my own room....Only enjoyable and clean part of the stay was the lazy river. Its very well kept and fun.But overall hotel is not worth the money you pay. Elevators stink like smoke and feel like you are gonna fall through them, rooms are that of a motel 6. Overall my experience from the start was not good.

Room old and dated, broken lamp. hotwire is comparing this hotel to the Hilton Oceanfront dont be fool no comparison. Hotwire gave this hotel 3.5 star thats crazy at the most its a 2.5 star. Super old room look like a motel room

Positive: The location and lazy River are the only things going for this property. Negative: The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and Brut cologne. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattress on the couch was super flat (worse than a normal pull out). For the cost of the room I was very disappointed. Don¿t do

Newly remodeled. Went for thr Monday night karaoke 6-9. The grounds and bar area really nice...cant wait to check out the lazy river

The perfect place to getaway. I loved everything about this place except the bathroom. Its right across the street from a beach access point. They have free rentals of beach accessories and bicycles

We stayed here for a long weekend and overall was a decent place to stay. The staff was very friendly and there were some nice updates to the lobby/pool area. However, we did not get any sleep, any of the nights we stayed here. The air conditioner in our room made an extremely loud banging noise every 5 minutes. We called twice to have this fixed but problem still remained. The last night it happened less frequent and was quieter, but we were still unable to sleep. The fridge in our room also did not work properly. Our drinks were warm even on the coldest setting. The sleep situation definitely put a damper on our vacation. Was very disappointed that we were not given other options and had to deal with this noise issue being unresolved.

Rooms are clean and kept in good condition. S little retro in the styling, but no issues to report. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Definitely a place for FAMILIES WITH KIDS!Not quiet or adult only friendly.The pool is not really a pool its a lazy river with a ton of kids and innertubes. So no where to relax, Swim and cool off. We paid for a pool view and this was our view! Also pool side is the primary party walkway to everything so always had people outside our room and noisy. The ac was really loud and my husband never slept even with earplugs.I thought it was on the beach and is not. Bath very small. Gave it 3 stars because room was decent and clean, bath needed remodeling and 1 night stay would be OK .

Place was old needs to be updated tile coming up I the bathroom. No room service towels needed to be requested more then once and we finally received them day later after another request. Front desk did not inform us about the Amenities of free beach rentals or location of towels for the pool. Positive note short distance to beach, restaurants, and bus stop.

First room smelled so bad of cat urine. They did bring some stuff to spray the ac but didnt help. Second night different room the toilet ran all night. They didnt offer any discount for the second night so went somewhere else for the third night

We loved this hotel. The pool is huge, so much bigger than the picture and was a lazy river. The breakfast was also really good for this type of hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. My one criticism would be that I wish the bathroom would’ve been cleaned a little bit better.

It would get a 5 star rating as a two star hotel. But this is not a 3.5 star property as listed on hotwire. It is indeed a 2 star. Same as a days inn.

Excellent stay! Room was clean and staff is amazing! Yvonne and Mary Beth at the front desk were especially accommodating and all staff was very friendly. Lazy river was great, and a short walk to the beach. Get a suite- its worth it! I will stay here whenever I visit Cocoa Beach.

Only stayed 1 night but next time we will stay longer. Super cool place, lazy river was nice and great front desk service. Beach is right across the street.

Its an older hotel with some upgrade. Not sure its worth the price but location location. The lazy river pool was nice.

Very nice and helpful people. Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Awesome lazy river style pool. Chairs, toys, bikes available for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable! We only stayed 1 night but we really enjoyed how close it was to everything! The beach, Ron Jons, starbucks and McDonalds only 1 block away! Definitely coming back here for a surf trip

Great breakfast buffet, loved the lazy river. Super close to the beach, good spot for family or couples.

Stay here for a weekend gateway. It was delightful and clean. We had an oceanview room which was a great size and clean. The lazy river pool was enjoyable they had a DJ during the day and various activities at night. Staff was friendly. The had a pretty good hot breakfast with solid covid19 precautions. I would advise it is a retro style surf feel.
