The service at Pommerer’s was exceptional! While visiting from out of state my car required unexpected interior repairs. I was on a tight schedule and the owner did everything possible to obtain parts and keep me informed. This is my third time back to Pommerers. Two other times for deer hits with substantial damage.This time, a pole swipe with the drivers side of the car.Excellent job. Paint blending and color matches perfectly. I have a 14 yr old Toyota convertible with 200K miles on it - its in excellent condition - another driver backed into the front end at an intersection and that drivers insurance wanted to total the car out, which is not what I wanted to do. My thought was the perpetrator of the accidents insurance should pay to fix the car regardless w/o totalling it out. Pommerers Collision Center and I fought (reasoned with?) the insurance company so theyd fix the car and thats exactly what happened. Fred Pommerers work is beyond excellent and the car looks better than it did pre-accident. Its the 2nd time Ive used Pommerers and I above and beyond highly recommend this business for body repair.

My rear bumper was smashed by a hit and run driver. Pommerers made the repair process painless. They took care of all the details with my insurance company. They even picked me up and dropped me off. My car came back so clean that I almost didnt recognize it.

My Jeep was involved in a hit and run. So I went to Pommerers Collision for an estimate. They informed me that the damage to my paint wasnt that bad and that it could be buffed out, so I got it done. And when they took me to my Jeep I couldnt even tell where the damage was. They did an excellent job. I didnt think they were gonna get that one scratch out, but they did. Thank You

I have used this service several times over the years and every time they are professional and have great quality work. Just as important, I feel that they are keeping the insurance company honest and will push them to use the best quality parts and products for the car.

They were good at first but I keep finding things wrong. First horn now my heat is not working. And they have no idea whats wrong. What kind of place is this to let me leave without knowing whats wrong 🙄😒

Couldnt be more happy with the service. Was rear ended in my Nissan altima. Called pommerers on a friday and they said I could bring my car in that day and they even gave me a ride home. Pommerers fixed my car is a shorter time then it took the insurance company accept liability for the repairs. Now the back of my car looks better then the rest. I ran into a small problem with my automatic windows not working after repairs and they walked me through a quick fix to reset them over the phone. For future repairs I dont think Ill take my car anywhere else after the experience I had with pomerers collision.

I have been coming here for years and its a great body shop. They have always been fast, kind and courteous.I once needed a front passenger window after some kids broke it with a skateboard. When the shop tried to get a used one they accidentally broke it and gave me a brand new one and only charged me for the used one.Years later they also took great care of another of my cars after I hit a raccoon on the highway when taking my son to neurosurgery at CHOP in Philadelphia.

I highly recommend Pommerers Collision shop!! They repaired the passenger side of my car after it was side swiped. Fred made a stressful experience very pleasant. He made the rental car process totally convenient. My car was repaired in a few days with excellent results!! They thoroughly cleaned the inside & outside!!!! Looks brand new!!

My truck was rear ended and my trailer hitch was destroyed. Pommerers was quoted with a used hitch, they found me a brand new OEM hitch and helped me with the more then half the extra cost. Very nice, honest and real people at this shop! I will use them in the future and recommend them always!!

The service here is impeccable!! I called on a Friday and my car was scheduled immediately. A week and half later my car was done and looked totally brand new.

Fred was great to work with, took my car in for an estimate at 4pm he got me a rental that evening, called me 2 days later saying my car was ready, the quality of work, great service and ease spoke volumes and was appreciated. I recommend him!

Highly recommend this shop. Deer strike caused significant damage to the front end of my Subaru. They picked up my vehicle the same day it happened, completed the work in a timely manner and went above and beyond with the repair. Then, they returned the vehicle to my home. Small shop under competent management with experienced technicians who made my car look good as new. Lifetime warranty on the repair!

I have used Pommerers twice now. I will say that they do fabulous work, start and finish when they say they are going to. I think their pricing is fair and they are extremely honest . They made the process as easy as it could possibly be.. You would be foolish to use anyone else for your repairs!!

I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. Ive been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles (01 Altima sedan; 10 Altima coupe; 16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(Im a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.

This body shop is not for the customer they are in cahoots with Ken’s auto towing company so beware of the conversations that take place behind or close doors in regards to your vehicle dissatisfied customer would never recommend and or trust my car on their premises
