This is my second time getting my eyebrows done there and i loved it! My boyfriend got his done too for the first time and they came out so good!! Stephanie did such an amazing job and was really nice. However, i’m giving 4 stars only because the lady at the front desk had an attitude. I talked to my boyfriend after he got his done to see how she was with him and he also agreed she had an attitude and she did not greet us both.

MUST TRY! currently my lash place. It’s unique and makes you feel so relaxed. I get my lashes done by Isabel who always does an amazing job. They offer other services as well, waxing, teeth whitening and now henna brows!

The first time I stopped by here I received excellent & knowledgeable customer service. The young lady was really sweet & knew how explain the packages & the benefits.I called 4 days ago & left a message to schedule an appointment & received no call back.I called today & the lady was snooty. There was no remorse for no return call.I did not appreciate that attitude.I have never been here & was excited to try their services.Then no return phone call & a snooty attitude I have no plans on ever coming back!!I hope all who decide to visit has better luck than I did.I received a response to my review. Im a little upset by it.First of all i did not ask for laser hair removal. I asked for facial hair to be removed. When her response was we dont do that here. I said oh so you dont do face lip & eyebrow waxing?? Her comment was Oh yeah we do that!! And when I went in the first time the sweet lady showed me different pricing. So if there is a certain price for certain services what is that called?? A package.If you are expieriecing phone issues shouldnt you have that posted on your door?? If you are letting clients know to utilize your website how is a non client supposed to know this?? So please know your story before responding!!!I am truly happy for all those who love this business!! I am just one opinion in a voice of many!!

They offer so many great services, and super friendly!I went in for lip fillers and OMG!!! Amazing! I naturally have the thinnest lips and with one treatment they plumped beautifully. I can’t wait to go in for more fillers at the new location! Highly recommend

Loved the space and waiting area so cute! Angie made me feel so comfortable after my first time in about two years that Ive gone to get waxed! Shes great and the body scrubs are a must try! They have every product you can think of to help with whatever your going in for. As well as Lashes!!

Visiting from out of state and forgot my tweezers! Saw the amazing reviews so called for an appointment. They told me to just walk in and when I did I got right in! Lanae was so sweet, careful but efficient. She was very thorough but didn’t over wax me either. So glad I went!

I had been looking for a waxing place that was near where I lived and this happened to magically appear on my Instagram feed as a page I should follow so I did and it turns out that it is really close to where I stay so I decided to check it out. Best decision this far all the girls there are so sweet and welcoming and they all do a great job at what they do! I specifically go to see Angie for my waxing needs she has been one of the best that I have came across, they also do lashes and teeth whitening as well as all over the body waxing go and check them out and book your appointments now!

O-M-G! I love this place. I was a first time customer today for their body waxing. The building on the outside looks commercial, but on the inside its so cute and fancy. Ask for Lanea. She was so professional and we had a great conversation. Its walking distance from Tower District.

I went in for a Brazilian wax and they were so patient, careful, and precise. Isabel was fantastic in making me feel comfortable 10/10 would recommend and am definitely coming back.

Worst place ever!! Spent well over 300 there and feel like it was a RIP off... my eyelashe extensions were terrible and my waxing well the eyebrows were okay but the Brazilian NEVER AGAIN!! THE LADIES THERE ARE SWEET BUT THE SERVICES ARE NO GOOD.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVEN IF THEY OFFERED A FREE SERVICE.. WASTE OF TIME
