They are over hyped and priced plus crazy policies. Although it’s about the money I don’t feel like 40 plus is worth it for henna. Have been doing mine and look as good as or even better than theirs.

I have been coming to Arch for a little over 3 years now. Nicole has been an absolute blessing! She is so good at what she does and cares about your end result. All of her girls that work for her are also amazingly talented and kind. I always leave feeling better than I came and that just proves what they stand for. Confidence, beauty, and girl power. This is a place you want desperately to love! I have been a couple times and besides the mean girl vibes and unprofessional approach to caring for some of their clients... it’s impossible to cancel or reschedule. They will ruthlessly take your money regardless. I was on-time for an appointment and able to keep it... my flight was delayed and I know they have a waitlist so I politely offered that they could give my appointment away if someone needed it but that I would try and make it on time. Well, I made it on time and they had given away my appointment, they didn’t give me the courtesy of letting me know so I rushed there. I was actually early even... here’s the kicker... THEY CHARGED ME FULLY for an appointment I could have kept that they filled and double dipped. A year later I tried to give them another chance... I was just very underwhelmed with the service this time, the henna didn’t last and there was a chunk out of the top of my right brow. So I immediately cancelled my follow up appointment to get a reminder confirming my appointment tomorrow... there is no where to confirm cancellation and if it’s within 24 hours they fully charge you. I hesitated posting this because I was fearful of the backlash or mean girl encounters but I think it’s more important to ensure other innocent women and girls are aware and prepared. It’s a darling little spot with a ton of potential. The most personalPart for me is I genuinely considered the owner a friend before this I hope they work out their kinks.

I came here a while back and the place was very busy, lots of people. Several of the staff were unmasked, no face shields, nothing, which during a pandemic and per the CDC guidelines made me feel very uncomfortable.

I have been to Ryane a hand full of times and I LOVE her. Unfortunately, I live in Humboldt and only work down in Fresno in the summer so I don’t get to go much. My only qualm is that they are so amazing that I can’t even get an appointment most times unless I know months in advance when I’ll be visiting Fresno (I don’t usually know). Beautiful decor, amazing artists and really lovely people. I would 100% recommend paying a visit.

I recently started getting my brows done here & I’m in love. The girls are the best & have given my brows life again! I have tried the shaping & today the henna and I couldn’t be happier. I booked with Justine and I’m hooked on how awesome she makes my brows look! My brows definitely look better since coming here.

First time client here and I will definitely be going back. Making appointments online are so easy and they send you a text reminder the day before. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and I left very happy with how my brows turned out. Justine gave me some good pointers on my brows and worked well with how I like them shaped. 10/10 would recommend.

Lexi is super friendly and listens to what you want. She is super skilled. Love her. They are currently behind their shop outside due to covid. Mind their cancelation and late policy, its strict. Also, they book up fast.

First experience there after hearing nothing but amazing things! Justine was so sweet and down to earth! She did such a GREAT job, I feel so pretty with my fluffy brows!! Despite the fact that they’re forced to work outside during this time, they all handled it like champs! I appreciate and commend them during this time. I’ve been going to Arch since it opened. I can only say amazing things about this business and the young ladies who work here. I support their no show/late policy. These girls work hard to make a living and many people have zero respect for their time, therefore they have a policy in place to mitigate that. I love Arch and am a customer for life!

Their late/cancel policy is worst than my medical doctor’s and they are just an eyebrow place. Prior to this, I had been a loyal customer for over two years. I had to cancel due to a medical emergency, when I tried online (prior to the 24hr deadline), the website kept redirecting me, I’m assuming the service was bad because I was in a hospital facility. When I tried calling, no one answered even though their “front desk” girl has a company iPhone at hand. I called two more times and left voicemails. I did not get a call until the NEXT DAY saying I was being charged because I had missed my appointment. I tried to explain (with evidence) that I had tried to cancel before the 24hr period but I was called a liar even though I had proof. I understand that we agreed to a policy; however, I did not break the policy. Also, they should be understanding when emergencies come up. They decided that it was better to STEAL (because I didn’t break the policy) $25 instead of keeping a loyal customer. It’s sad that a local small business does not appreciate their customers.Following your response: Again, I did not violate your policy and your business failed to acknowledge my evidence. I wouldn’t waste my time fighting over $25. Also, where exactly did I say I expect her to take the phone home? I called several times during business hours, and failed to get a response. I hope other customers don’t have to go through this, may God bless you!

I had my brows shaped by Ryane and she is incredible!! My eyebrows are naturally not the same shape AT ALL & I was tired of trying to make them match on my own- so I stopped in. First of all, let me tell you- the whole place is a VIBE. It’s so cute inside and there’s a micro coffee shop and it’s amazing too. Everyone in the staff welcomes you like an old friend they’ve seen a million times- I was instantly comfortable inside. Ryane shaped my brows perfectly, told me where to let grow in for more shaping for next time & I am SO happy with the results. Can’t wait for my next apt! Might stop in for a coffee without an apt lol. Xx

Love this place! Easy to book on the website, they send you email reminder 24 hrs prior to your appointment in case you need to cancel and reschedule. The girls are great, sweet and professional! Arch is always clean and neat. Location is easy to find with lots of parking available in the surrounding area!

This is the only place I go to get my brows done. I go to Lexi and she knows exactly what she is doing. She always makes my eyebrows look extremely clean, full, and symmetrical. I would recommend her but I also trust all the girls there because they all are very good at eyebrows :)

I have many things to say about this place. First, their late/cancellation policy is absurd. I can agree with the other unhappy reviews that all they care about is money. Nicole is not loyal to her customers who have supported her business since the beginning. They respond to unhappy customers with the catty “well you agreed to our policy, oh well!”. What kind of customer service is that? That shows how much you really don’t care about the happiness of your customers unless they are giving you a good review. At least put in place a cancellation fee. What professional business charges the WHOLE fee for being 10 minutes late? Mind you, Nicole was also 10 minutes late to an appointment because she had to POST SOMETHING ON INSTAGRAM. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I am glad i have stopped coming to this place.

They burned me under my eyebrows and upper lip. I don’t use any retinol, and I’ve gotten eyebrows waxed before and this never happened. If the burns scar me for life will they be able to pay for it with a refund or a coupon?

I prefer zero stars. This was a very unprofessional experience. I was late by 10mins due to a car accident that caused traffic to back up. Well after I arrived i called the store and the girl on the phone stated that they canceled me and they were very busy. Yet nothing was setup outside and i took pictures to show proof. if your so busy you would think things would be setup. The girl stated that there is a wait list but didn’t say anything else. This whole point of this appointment was to get my eyebrows touched up for my wedding photos next week. My eyebrows just needed a clean which would have taken 5mins tops, Im visuals impaired so doing my own eyebrows is out of the question. I’m very upset that I’m out $25 and still have crazy eyebrows. Take my advice and stay away.

Absolutely love Arch! The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. The girls are all so friendly and professional. I love Justine and Lexi, they both are amazing. I have been coming here for a year and have never had an issue with booking. I find it very normal that your card is saved at the time of booking to secure your spot but you are not charged until your service is complete. Their cancellation policy is very clear and their location is very easy to find. It has a large A with an eyebrow above- you literally can’t miss it lol love love this place!

Considering we are in a pandemic, your staff should be wearing masks along with the face shields. The face shields don’t protect your customers just the person wearing it. Without a mask, your customer is at risk from droplets from the employee. Your employees should also be wearing gloves when in contact with the customer. Please educate yourselves more and protect your customers. It would be horrible if any of your customers got sick due to irresponsibility on your part.

Best in the Business!! the girls at Arch create such a positive environment. with all of the craziness going on through this pandemic, they have showed how much they care for their customers by busting their booties to make this work for US. they do incredible work, i’ve never been happier with my brows. i have created friendships with these girls & know that when i leave my appt i’m going to be looking good and feeling better ;) Lexi has been my brow girl since day one. i’ve been going here for a little over a year. she works with me & makes sure i feel valued & taken care of! what’s extra great about this place, is that even though you will definitely get attached to your brow girl of choice, if you had to go with another for whatever reason, you know you’re still in amazing hands because they are truly all so talented & such perfectionists! they take pride in their work & want you to like the end result. it’s really more than just a brow place. they create such an uplifting energy, it totally makes my day. it’s something to look forward to & i would (and do) recommend this place to all of my friends / people that ask about my brows!and regarding the cancellation policy, i too have had to pay for a full service without receiving the service because i just missed my appointment! did it suck? of course! was i disappointed that i missed it yet still had to pay for it? Duh!! but that was on me. and they never once made me feel bad for it or stopped caring about having me as a client. it’s a business & they have to have rules in place in order to be successful! this is their source of income, this is their job, not a hobby, & if every person was allowed to have a good excuse to not pay, they wouldn’t have a business!

Place is a scam. I was really looking forward to getting my eyebrows done here. I was telling everyone about how excited I was to get my brows done here. But the day of my appointment, I put the GPS on and it would tell me that I’m at the place but I couldn’t see it. I was driving around in circle for a couple of minutes. When I finally saw it, I realized the sign is way too small. I walked in and the first thing they told me was that I was too late and they already charged my card. I couldn’t believe it. I was super excited and now I’m just devastated. And that’s what I will be telling everyone who I told that I would be excited about it. Total scam.

After reading the other reviews, I think the issue lies in the fact that even if you cancel your appointment, there’s someone to fill that spot. There’s a waitlist. So not only are they getting paid for the appointment that doesn’t get canceled before the 24 hour mark but also by the person that fills that spot. They are getting paid double. I can understand paying if that spot wasn’t able to get filled, that’s fair. Clearly they are just concerned about getting paid. I’m sure Tess has plenty of time to make calls to fill the spot. There’s only so much to do at the front desk. We make our own appointments anyway. My advice would be if you haven’t canceled 24 hours before your appointment and you can’t make it, just don’t show up so they don’t get paid double.I do appreciate that Nicole took the other reviewer’s advice about making her employees wear masks now. It’s clear through their previous instagram posts (which I’m sure will now be deleted)they weren’t doing that. They were just wearing face shields. The girls definitely made it a point to post pics of themselves masked on each of their instagrams. Good job! This should have been done originally. However, if they are touching a customer’s face they should be washing their hands not just using hand sanitizer between customers. The virus also stays on clothes so hopefully they are sanitizing the seats after each use. Covid can still be spread even if you’re asymptomatic. I know it’s a learning process and I’m sure Nicole is trying. It’s hard to stay up to date with the changes being made by the CDC. When you have a business that deals with the public it’s more than just posting on Instagram, you have to be responsible and safe at the least. Stay safe everyone!

It’s a scam. They tell you to make an appointment, to give them your card information, then if you miss it, they charge you a full service. No fee, or exception. You miss the appointment or you’re late, too bad you lost your money. They do not work with you at all. They don’t care about the customers. It’s a scam. And I will make sure a lot of people see this, because it’s just outrageous that they charge you a full service then turn around and not even work with you at all.

I was really happy with the expertise, professionalism and atmosphere at Arch Haus of Brows. Unfortunately, I was unable to keep a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and was unable to cancel. As a result I was charged the whole cost of the services I would have received. I would expect to pay a fee for being a no-show but I think charging the whole cost is out of line.

Lol I tried going there for my first time and I couldn’t find the shop because of how small the sign is. I ended up being late and they literally didn’t even try working with me to reschedule or anything, instead they just took the whole $65 out of my card. They only care about your money not your brows! The owner thinks it’s a joke that they took my money and that the shop is easy to find, if it’s so easy then why did your own receptionist get lost her first time also?

Great service and Nicole gave me lots of pointers and advice. I would recommend anyone who wants to know more about eyebrow shaping and eyebrow maintenance to book an appointment ASAP! It was so worth the price and education! Such a sweet girl! :)

If something happens the day of your appointment and you go in late or you miss it, they charge you a full service. So if you make an appointment PRAY TO GOD nothing happens and that you can actually find the place because they don’t care what happens to you as long as they get your money !! They do not work with you at all, it’s a scam.

Nicole is the best at taking care of your brows! She is amazing at what she does. I recommend her to all of my friends and family ☺
