Fast and friendly, these guys get it done! I was greeted by the manager just as soon as I drove on to their property. They immediately started to check my vehicles fluid levels while I waited briefly for a bay to open up. Once in the bay, I found everyone to be personable and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions with regard to my cars care and kept me well-advised every step of the maintenance process. I especially appreciated that they were eager to apply coupon discounts even though I didnt have any coupons!

I’m always hesitant going to a quick lube place but this one was pretty good and I have no complaints so far. Did the 15 minute oil change with the manager Karo and it was quick and easy. A little more expensive then even a dealership but if your in a time crunch like I was but place to go for it.

I took my jeep for an oil change on Thursday, August 12th. I pulled in and the tech scanned my info and pulled up my profile. He told me I was 6000 miles too early for a change. I explained that I was 900 miles PAST the number listed on the sticker they gave me. He said the mileage listed is just a guarantee that my oil life will last at least until that number, but it does not determine that a change is needed. I then showed him that my jeep was showing my oil life was at 0%. He assured me I did not need one and reset my oil life to 100%. He told me that the next time my oil life hit 0% in about 3000 miles, it would be time for a change and he just wanted to save me the $120.I left. I called my boyfriend who was pretty mad after explaining that the vehicle is equipped with sensors that allow it to compute mathematically when the oil life is up. He said that if I wait an entire cycle to change it, as the tech recommended, I would be putting my vehicle at risk for wear and tear or mechanical damage.Fast-forward to today, August 14th. My boyfriend took my jeep for an oil change himself. Soon after leaving, I got a call from the shop asking me to call him to bring the vehicle back as they forgot to put something on it. He returned - luckily it was just the plastic engine cover.The reason I do not recommend going here is that they are allowing these oil technicians make recommendations when they clearly have no idea what theyre doing. Ill admit, it is my responsibility to understand the maintenance needed for my vehicle, but I do not think that excuses the misleading and wrong information given to me by the tech. Additionally, forgetting to put parts back on the vehicle and letting it leave is also concerning. In my case, I was lucky it was just the engine cover, but what if it was a missing part that could have lead to damage? Why are they not performing a final check before letting vehicles leave?Although the convenience of a drive-through oil change is nice, the benefit does not outweigh the risks of going to this shop and I will not be returning.

They did a great job on my vehicle. Very thorough and consistent. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I was not prepared for how fast they were. Great service preformed while I was in the car. Receipt was emailed. Super fast...get everything done on your lunch break for under $150.

Extremely quick service! I drove from Sanger after work and was in and out within about 10 minutes. Very friendly employees and great service. I would highly recommend.

The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Was able to get right in no appointment needed and only took about 15 min for the oil change. Very convenient and they walked me through the whole process and showed me all the steps while they did it. Would definitely recommend .

Ive had 2 oil changes now plus some additional things done from this place. Also had them fix something a knock location on Herndon and Milburn did on my honeys car. This location on Herndon in clovis never disappoints. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and Im never pressured into an upsale. Thank you to them for being my go to place, even in this extreme heat.

Never even had to get out if my car. I did though, because I needed to use the bathroom they had available for customers and it was surprisingly clean for a mechanics bathroom. 😉 anyways they were very helpful and efficient. I am usually prepared for mechanics to try to upsell me but the only thing they offered was a new air filter which was definitely needed. I hadnt changed it since before the creek fire which I live really near to. I highly recommend this oil change shop!

They told my tire had a slow leak and that they put air up to 30I pulled right in to les swab in same parking lot and they said all my tires were at 27
