The only shop in Clovis that could find these rare small tires for my tent trailer. They set an appointment for two days later and right on time they promptly put the new ones on so we could head out on the road! Super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks so much!!

I asked the guy behind the counter to check my tires cause my car was wobbling and I told him I need tires. We go out to my car and he runs his hands over the tires and says you need tires, duh I know this. I ask him which tire is the one causing my car to wobble and he says all of them. I drive up to my daughters and I tell her husband and he looks at my car and says your lucky to make it here. I look and see a big chunk of tire missing. How did that guy miss it ? Cause he did not check them right.

Great customer service and very proactive in finding a solution for their clients. I have been to my fair share of tire shops/mechanic shops and I am used to the hard sale. These guys know their stuff compared to store chains. I was referred to this shop by 559Yotas. At first I was hesitant because Ive been chasing my alignment problem for years. Been to many big name shops and been told everything is in spec. Even Toyota dealer said the same thing. I went to Macs by chance because I called a store on Shaw and Fowler. They told me to come in only to find out the tech guy just went out to lunch. I was upset for wasting my time. So i decided to call Macs Tire. Price was cheaper than the shop I first went to. So I went and spoke with the gentleman there(Rodney) and immediately I was impress with his knowledge. Go to any shop and they would just say well check to see if it is in spec. But that didnt solve my problem. Rodney told me what should work better for my truck and had his tech do his magic. Man, Ive been wanting to get rid of my truck for so long and Macs tire changed all that. Truck drives fantastic.

Awesome staff! This shop is like in-n-out for cars! Came in today for a cmc replacement, and some minor issues the dealership wanted $800 out of me for just 3 jobs! Came into Mac’s and they took care of it for $600 less than what the dealership asked for. They also wanted my car overnight and I had to be somewhere the next day. Mac’s had me ready in under 2 hours! Definitely coming back.

Ive been going to Macs tires for almost 30 years. I popped a tire and scraped a rim in a rainstorm back in the 80s and I needed to replace a Michelin tire. Macs was one of the few distributors in the area at that time. I came over and met Doug McKinney. He set me up with a tire but he also set me up with someone to polish the rim for 10 bucks. Ive been coming back ever since. Its Dougs son Rodneys shop now but its still the same great service in Old Town Clovis started by his grandfather Mac McKinney back in 1950. I highly recommend you stop by.

I had to have my oil pan and axel boot fixed and was recommended by my boyfriends dad that this was the place to go too, Rodney has always been super friendly to me and I feel like I can really trust Macs. It was also very affordable I will always take my car here.. not your typical mechanic that tries to charge you for anything

These guys had the tire I needed same day, only spot in town I found Hankooks winter tires for my Subaru. Had them mounted and balance with no galling (cannot say that about all shops here in town) same day, and when I paid, turns out they quoted me a slightly higher price so I walked out the door 25$ richer than expected. Locally owned so please support them.
