Originally dealt with the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive. Decided to ask the other employee about what I needed and was admittedly very impressed. Shawna went above and beyond to describe the Flare and Elite cards to me. She asked me some questions to help me figure out what card would best fit my needs. Shawna was friendly, knowledgable and attentive to my wants and needs. If you ask my opinion, Shawna should be running this store not the Asshat manager who was more concerned with her cell phone than her customers. Kudos and Thanks to Shawna!

I spoke with and went through the process to get the loan with a very efficient mannerable employee at this location.

Terrible customer service. You wait in line for awhile get to the window and tell the clerk you need to take money from your account and deposit it into another ace account, and the woman says I will need to get out of line and fill out a money gram form, then get back in line.But if you go to the 1st/Shaw branch, theyll do it without hesitation at the window. No need to get out of line.The Willow branch has lazy employees there, I would never recommend that branch to anyone.
