Great service! These guys are exceptional at what they do. I have never had any issues. The manager there (Brian) has always been upfront and extremely professional. His knowledge of the product is unmatched by any other employee of the company that I have every dealt with. Always positive and respectful. I can always rely on them to deliver a top notch product and service.

This Advance America on Shaw/Peach in Clovis has been my go to for fast cash and friendly service. Brian has been at this location for as long as I have been going. He always offers great service with a sincere smile on his face. I stopped by today and he greeted me at the door by name and he remembers conversations from our prior visits. It makes me feel good that he sincerely cares how everyone and everything in my life is doing. Brian and team make me feel more than someone that comes to them when in a bind - he makes you feel like part of his family.

It was hard for me to even go in. Maybe it was ego and pride. Ive never taken out a Payday loan and didnt know anything about it. Brian explained how it worked and the rates based on how much I wanted to borrow. It burned me to have to do it. I never felt judged and Brian made the burn a little easier to take each time I had to go back. He is professional and personable at the same time. I always felt welcomed and cared for when I went there. The rates are ridiculous! But when youre in a pickle and hurting for some gas money right before you get paid, you do what you gotta do. These loans are great for a short fix but if you end up using it to live on, it will suck you in. Thanks Advance America and Brian for helping me out.

I went in not knowing what to expect. Eventually, I felt like I knew what and how I was going to pay. The terms were well laid out and crystal clear. I felt like my privacy was being respected, and I definitely feel like my information will be kept safe here. My credit score is not perfect at all, however, I felt very welcomed.
