Not impressed. Customer service is bad here. Employees are more concerned about their phones. Safety is not a priority here since they leave tools out on the floor. In the balloon pit they have the an air compressor just sitting their with no employees around. And also found the handle they use to air the balloons randomly sitting with the balloons. The upkeep in this place is a joke. You can tell they have not replaced broken equipment or refurbished anything. They may want to replace the kids water attraction, since they covered a hole with a sticker that is still leaking. And also the water has algae growing in it.

Fun place. My kids loved it and I even had a good time.... Caution to adults... You may feel younger than you are and try things u shouldnt do at our age... Be careful. Lol

Im from out of town and thought this place looked fun. However, this place is so trashy. The party rooms, the inflatables, especially the employees! The manager, Desire, was so disrespectful in front of an entire group of paying customers. She cussed at a minor in front of his mother! I will never be going back here and I dont recommend this place to anyone! If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

My kids are very energetic. You should seen there face. Looking Like a tomatoes a great place to get your kids tired the only problem I say are the other people kids grown up kids that really dont pay attention to the little kids but they do have a kid section employees was great really helpful

Had a great time with my 12, 2, and one year old. The owner did an excellent job making the play area for the little ones very safe. Admission fee is 5 for kids under the age of 4 and 8 for everyone else. Well worth it!

This is a nice place to take the kids. Reasonably priced. The Birthday Party packages are outrageous. I know Ill never have a Birthday Party there.

All the kids loved it. It was CLEAN which was amazing. The staff could use some training. Maybe send them to the daycare next door to observe how to handle kids. Lol

The facility and most of the staff were great except Leann the floor manager. My daughter and son in law paid over $250.00 for an hour and a half. She was very rude to many of the adults in the party. This is some of the worst customer service i have ever had. This is a good thing for Clovis, dont screw it up by having an employee like this.

Fun place but make sure you take more than 1 kid.

Fun for kids and pricing was fair. There is a little kids area for ages 1-4, and another area for elementary school-age kids. We attended a birthday party and the kids had a blast.

My 6 yr old loves it here. After our visit was the only time she has ever fallen asleep in the car! Thank you kids go wild!

Employees were COMPLETELY disrespectful! They were yelling at our party in front of everyone! Desire was cussing at a young boy. DONT GO HERE! Trashy!!!

So, visiting friends in town. We decided to try this place out. Kids had a blast with the bouncy castles, obstacles, etc. They have another attraction, Nerf Wars (dart guns). $5 extra for 5 mins. Do Not participate! Do Not waste your $5! We had 3 kids play. 2 had no problems. One went through 5 dart guns, none of which would shoot for her. When time was up, I asked for either a refund or a redo for the one child. Refunds are a no-go. I was offered to speak to the manager. Was told it would be a few minutes. After 25 mins the employee told me the manager said no refunds, no vouchers, but offered to let her play again this session. Mind you, you need at least 2 players. I had just the one child. Forget it. And we never did see or speak to the manager.As a side note, was told all the dart guns worked fir the attendant. The attendant said that maybe some of the darts were bad. (If anyone has used a Nerf dart gun before, not all darts work with all models). Youd think that everything would be rested out first.So, this one incident has me in a foul mood. Writing this as I stand in the facility. Still no manager seen.

As soon as we walked in we were not greeted by the employee. He looked a lil irritated when we walked in like it was so bad we were interruping him cleaning the glass doors. I took my nearly two year old and in the 4 and under area there was hardly anything for him to do because the spinning attraction was not working and the water attraction I noticed leaked. I thought it was maybe his drool but it wasn’t. I wish I would have just went somewhere else and spent $8 on my 20 month old elsewhere. I think my experience would have been different if the vibe of the employees was different. They need some customer service skills.

This place is super cool! Great for families to enjoy spending time together!

If you need a place to let kids burn off energy, this is the place to do it. A little on the expensive side but, once your inside, you can stay as long as you like. They do have a small snack bar with small snacks. Like chips, bottles of water ect. Its pricey though.

Kids had a great time in the bounce houses and obstacle courses, knockerball challenges and in their nerf gun wars! Only downside was that their concession stand doesnt have many options yet.

On the signage, its false advertisement. The prices advertised say 4 and under and 5 and up and the price depending on the days, but then states Parents Free. Yes, the parents are free... UNLESS youre a parent that wants to play. Thats not on the signage. Thats false advertisement.Make sure you take socks or they charge $2/pair.

I got in trouble for helping a 2 year old up the stairs, but during the same time 3 adults were on the 4 and under equipment. Staffing there needs lot of work.
