I have been coming here every 2 weeks faithfully for the past year. The service that I have received the past couple of visits has been terrible. Not sure if the lady that I talked to today was the owner but she has a very bad attitude and was rude to me. I was just trying to explain to her that my past visits have been bad including the one today. She made me feel bad as a paying customer. She told me that we didnt understand the process and system of the nail shop and shes short of help. She was very defensive and refused to hear me out. I hate to say it but today was my last time coming here. Had I done this review last year around this time wouldve definitely given 5 stars but theyve gone from sugar to s**t and I cant spend my money somewhere where Im not appreciated or heard as a customer.

This was a very negative experience. The shop was not organized and did not look sanitary and the staffs station was filthy. The staff took about 12 minutes with me and appeared to not care. He did not push my cuticles back and only spent about 1 minute snipping away some areas. He did not use sanitized instruments. I do wish I had gone with my first impression and left. For $20, I could have gone and purchased supplies and done a better manicure than he did. Such a disappointing experience !! I did not want to give this business any stars, but I could not post this without choosing at least choosing one star.

I dont know the name of my tec, but she was great! I got a pedicure with plain white polish...and the nail dip ombre exposed and soft white. She took her time and very precise. Wish they were in Colorado😒

Been going here for years and the service has been absolutely awful recently. DO NOT let Jordan near your nails. He cut me filing and didn’t even ask if I wanted my nails cut or shaped. On top of all that he over charged me by $15 than what I usually pay for the same service. If I continue to go back I will only let kim or Jason do my nails!

I have referred a lot of people here . My recent experience was not pleasant at all . To begin, the lady who did my refill was extremely rude . I then got a pedi where the lady cut off the whole side of my big toenail. Would not recommend.

Customer service has declined over the years. New workers are rude. I’m over coming here for convenience.

Use to be a great place, now the service is awful and the work is too.. paid for French pedicure and got a half done job .. I believe there are a few good workers that do a good job there, but after my experience and complaining and how they treated me I’ll be finding a new place to spend my money..

Rude crooked nails, didn’t say a word and cut me which made me the maddest I bleed In which I wanted to cry

A friend recommended this place. I went a few weeks ago and got a brow wax by Kim and it held up pretty good, so I came back three weeks later. I stopped by after work (well before closing) asking for a brow wax by Kim again. I got brushed off and was told to come back in the morning. In the morning?!?!?! Reluctantly, I left and returned the next day. I got my brows waxed by someone else who didn’t know what she was doing. She barely took any hair off. The lighting is dark and dim in the brow/lash room and the mirror was dirty so I couldn’t really see what she’d done. I got to my car and my brows looked awful! So, I went back in and asked if she could fix them. She tried, but they weren’t much better. Also, someone named Marissa checked me out. She was RUDE and thought it was more important to finish her text than ring me up. Marissa was also rude to other employees. It was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! The shop itself was dirty, cramped, full of people that weren’t adequately socially distanced, and I didn’t see any sterilization tools or cleaning products. I will NOT be returning.

The worst experience ever! I didn’t like my nails and the owner said it’s nothing I can do about it and that she like my nails. I asked tony the nail tech to change my nails twice and he still did them wrong. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone comes to this place.

Long is the bomb on nails. Tamara is the bomb on pedis. Most of the techs are good.

I have been going to this establishment for years and this time is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied. I asked for dip on my natural nails and my nails are chunky and bulky. I paid and left because hanging in the establishment now are signs that discourage customers from “complaining”. I will try elsewhere.

Tan is great and the staff is always so cheerful. Ive been a faithful visitor ever since Ive moved to Terry. He did a wonderful rose design on my nails and I fell in love immediately! 😍 Their polish work stays on for a long time too if they arent rushed. Ive tried all; gel, dip, and regular polish. Gel stays on the longest without dulling, dip is healthier and overall still looks fabulous, and regular polish as well. Ive strayed away a few times to other salons and have regretted my decision quickly. 😂 Im sticking with Tips N Toes! If you dont catch them during busy hours, theyre extremely quick and efficient. An appointment prioritizes you over the walk ins though just so you wont have to wait a long time, became this place gets packed FAST since they do such a great job everyone comes to it. 😅 So come in when you have a lot of time on your hands.

This company as a whole is absolutely amazing!Everyone is treated like family and the staff treat you very well.Upon entering the nail salon, you automatically feel like youre at home and youre greeted at the door.I strongly recommended Anna because shes always friendly and professional. Not only does she go the extra mile for her customers but her work is very clean and professional

I just got my nails done on Friday and my gel has already peeled and came off. I only tried them because I was referred but never again. Im calling tomorrow to get my nails fixed to charge me this much for my nails to look bad. Im upset.

I dont Remember her name, but she was awesome poor girl had to deal with my feet, EEK! They look AMAZING! Eyebrows are great, didnt have time for my nails today. Maybe come later on and treat the littles!!!

I came in, no one acknowledged me. I thought it was just because they were busy so i stayed. I then got my mani pedi. Toward the end, 3 middle aged white women walked in and they were immediately seated. not only that, the man who was doing my nails raced to finish so he could get to them. He filed so hard and fast that he cut my skin and i started bleeding. Then he got up and left without asking me how i liked them. These where the worst nails i have ever had in my life. They were so lumpy...maybe he just assumed i wouldnt tip and they would. Oh well his loss because im a big tipper. Will never go here again.

I often come here because they have a select few good nail techs here. However lately, my visits have not been the best with Kim. Which is who I normally call ahead for, make an appointment with or sit and wait for. My most recent visits with her were this year when I had the issues. First incident this year, I walked in and she was free but I had to soak off my dip which takes typically 10 mins with a regular dip application (no glitter, no ombré) so she told me to go and soak. Next thing I know she starts painting this white customer’s toes that walked in after me. Then she starts on the lady’s hands afterwards. So I ask the receptionist did Kim know I came before the lady and she tells Kim. Kim then tells me that I wasn’t ready when she was so she started on the next customer because she doesn’t want to keep anyone waiting. But what about all the times you’ve kept me waiting?? Why do you care about the wait time now? I was so upset with her. Before I knew it, I had sat there an hour and 15 mins waiting on her to finish up with that customer. I don’t feel that was good customer service.Second incident,I CALLED AHEAD and asked how much for pink and white solar refill and the receptionist asks Kim and she quoted me a price of $35. I asked the receptionist were they sure it was $35 and she asks Kim and she tells me yes. So when I get there and ask for Kim she tells me it’s going to be a long wait and I tell her I’ll wait. So after 2 and a half hours of waiting... (no literally), I finally get in her chair and she starts on my nails and tells me that it’s really supposed to be $45 for solar pink and white refill but since she didn’t know I was talking about pink and white solar refill (even though that’s exactly what I said over the phone) she’ll just charge me the $35 because I waited a long time but then she charged me an extra $5 to shape my nails into coffin shape but they were already coffin shaped when I arrived!! Why would you charge me for anything extra at this point when I was quoted the wrong price and waited on you for almost 3 hours?!? A lot of these people here are MONEY HUNGRY and are not studdin you or what you have to do with your day and it is sad considering the fact that I’ve been a loyal customer here for 3 years now !!!! I just cannot continue to spend my money somewhere I am not valued !!!

I always get quick and friendly service, but I think they have outgrown this space...tightly packed and just room for low benches to sit.

At one point Tip and Toes was the only nail shop I trusted to do my nails. I went in on Thursday and everyone was sitting around on their phones, including the owner, and NO ONE acknowledged me or spoke when I walked in. Had it not been for me pressed for time, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Their service has gotten HORRIBLE and a majority of the “good and friendly “ workers are gone. Long story short, I will not be returning to Tip and Toes in Clinton!!

Not the most sanitary place I’ve ever seen. None of the tools I saw in use were kept sanitizing liquid. It was all kept in boxes they bring to the work area. The people were nice, but they need to work in sanitation.

Even though the place was crazy busy they still worked me in quickly. A friend reccomended this salon to me however it is fairly out of the way for me. Last Thursday was my first visit as I was in Clinton for business and I definately will be back!

Last time Ill be coming here. Ive had acrylic on my nails for five years now and have never been this disappointed. The girl used twice as much acrylic gel than necessary, so it dripped onto my skin and dried underneath my nails. One came out crooked and was not fixed after I asked, and some of them did not have symmetrical lengths. After an hour, another girl stepped in, who I graciously appreciate. She tried her best to scrape/peel off the unnecessary dried gel on my fingers and underneath nails. After spending an hour and a half there, I told her to skip the nail polish and left.

Love this place i go every 2 to 3 weeks and get my tips and toes done. I love the powdered nails 9 is the best. I also like thepeople in the shop they talk and laugh with you not like most nail shops

I came in Friday (12/7/18) for a fill and nail repair on one nail. The nail tech fixed my nail and did a good job polishing them, at least I thought. It is Monday (12/10/18) and my polish looks 3 weeks old and my top coat has chipped badly! When I asked the nail tech to clean under my nails, he refused & told me “hE cOuLdNt” for whatever reason, and he was rude to me. At first I thought he was ignoring me because he couldn’t speak English but he could speak it very well! I will not be returning. I am very disappointed. That was my first and last time giving them my money and time. It was not worth it at all.

Everyone is soooo nice there and they actually know what they’re doing so I 100 % recommend going here !!

They are hands-down the best salon Ive ever been to! Tammy and Lilley are my favorites but they are all awesome! I highly suggest going to them, once you go youre going to be hooked!!!

The same issue I have every time Im there! The WAIT! When I go I ask for a particular person so yes I do understand that because of that I have to wait longer so I always ask if that person just started on the nails he is currently doing so I can prepare myself or come back, instead Im told he is almost done so I sit and after 30 minutes or so go by Im told oh he has an appointment! Its sad because this is not the first nor second time, it has been plenty! I could have definitely taken someone else but who wants to after sitting for 30 minutes! My time is just as valuable as anyone elses and Im bothered that I could have spent that time in another nail salon but i tried to be dedicated to them! Clearly you knew there was an appointment! Unprofessional on the receptionists part and also the tech! This will definitely be the last time I step foot in this nail salon!

This used to be my go to place but they have given me terrible service the past two times I have went. My nails were eneven and the gel coating I got was too thick and had dents in it. They seem to rush which greatly affects the service customers receive.

They do well on pedi but are too fast and sloppy with refill. But they are the best in clinton. Just use to better work.

Been going to them over a year and Jessica does my nail and she does great work but I went today as usual to soak about 845 but was told to come back around 915 because of store meeting and it might run over lost a loyal customer im on a time schedule do to Work

First off, these people were rude from the moment I walked in. They half way did my pedicure, rushed through it. Didn’t want to give me their name and my paint job is all messy. The dude had an attitude the whole time. I’m never coming back and their work is trash. I soaked my nails the WHOLE pedicure and they’re still on. I was going to get a dip set as well but no thanks. Horrible.

I absolutely love tips n toes!!!!!!!!!!! My daughters and I go and they love it as well. I only go here. My first time getting my brows waxed was here and I fell in love with it. My first massage was done here which was awesome!!!!!!!!

Worst pedi ever! All my toes nails are crooked and uneven. He put too much polish on at a time without letting it dry and the polish rubbed off my big toes before I left the parking lot. Should have gone back. Last visit for me!

The worst nail shop I have ever been to. The workers are very very rude and they do a rush job. The owner told me her name was someone else so I wouldn’t ask for her if I came back(as if I would ever come back). Customers lashes look like bat wings on their eyes they are just horrible the worst ever.

Should be 0 star.had pedicure Monday afternoon. She was so rough with tool looks like a cheese gratertjat removes dead skin dug into the flesh.couldnt hardly sleep last night.couldnt hardly walk.couldnt stand sheets to touch my feet. t today is worse.just soaked them.cant even wear tennis shoes.

DONTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT BELIEVE THE HYPE ! Girl I got a 45 dollar pedicure and the next day my white tip came off of 3 of my toes and my feet had a sore on it because the lady cut my feet while doing it !, I went back the next day only for them to give me the run around finally I saw the owner who said she could only give me 10$ Back or a 15 $ store credit ! Out of 45$ . Dont waste your time !
