Came today on my birthday as I used to come here previously when Annie was here. I was greeted by a nice man very quickly and seemed hopefully...then I was seated with Tina to start pedicure and to do a gel polish. There was a verbal argument between a male Staff and a customer, killed the vibe.When I walked to table 7 to get my gel polish, the place is a mess. I should have realized that after the make Staff did half the womens nails he stormed to the back and never cleaned the station, but then took someone else. In the pics you see the dirty floors, clipped false nails... I came at 1:30pm on a Tuesday, it was not busy and no one waited. Do they ever clean?I wanted to get some stones on 2 nails, but Tina did not seem to know how and was asking for Nana to help (she is another tech). I declined cause at this point Im disgusted (and those 2 nails were gonna be an additional $16).

I was a regular customer at this nail and I’ve always tip very well. I needed a nail repaired. I called to before going to make sure someone was available. When get there no one is available. After waiting about 20 minutes a lady walks in and asks about getting a full set for her daughter. They sit the walk-in before me I’m still waiting. After 20 minutes they finally sit me. Then Linda starts to repair my nail. She put my finger in polish remover and then leaves to finish polishing someone feet. When she’s finished she come back and put the tip on my nail and then starts polishing someone else’s nails. After another 10 minutes Vi comes and puts the acrylic on my nail and then leaves to finish the full. Now I’ve been there 45 minutes 2 people have worked on my 1 nail repair and it’s still not finished. I just got up a left. They do not respect your time. And will lie about availability. This place will never get anymore of my money.

Finally found a local salon I can be loyal to! Loved my tech, loved my design. Forgot to ask for matte finish but thats on me.

I was really impressed with the service there. The technician were friendly and professional. They have good smelling spa treatments and a nice environment

I made an appointment with Vi for a take off and full set, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. So when I get there and I’m in her chair she asked was I getting a design I told her no. She proceeds to tell me that anybody in the shop can do basic nails and that she’s tired of doing “boring” nails. I let her know well I like the way you do my nails and she responds well if you like the way I do them you get designs. I spend $75-$120 every 2-3 weeks. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. They lost a customer I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I understand establishments are busy, I waited patiently with my feet in the water for about 20 mins or longer to get a rush job pedicure wasnt relaxing at all. The guy Tony was nice but women come to pamper themselves to relieve stress and today was an horrible experience will never go back.

Great staff, everyone is friendly. Art work and spa treatment is awesome.

Linda and T were GREAT! They took they re time, didnt yank or rush. I would definitely go back to them. Prices are a little high but worth it!

I came in for a dip mani, regular pedi. The pedi was just alright but during my manicure the employee was so rough when he was filing my nails that he split the skin on the side of my nail. Have never had such a bad experience with a manicure. Would not recommend.

They do the best nails in the area...quality is Epic!

Never again, tech was all ruff with my nails and one cracked, so she super glue it. The next day the paint started to chip off and b4 I could go back to have them to fix it. It broke. Now a week later it looks a .....mess and mostly all of them have broken. Not good with natural nails only full set.

The staff is friendly but that’s about all this place has to offer. I requested a full set. Short nails with a coffin shape. Simple enough right? Well the woman who did my nails now has me questioning wether she should have a license.Firstly she didn’t fill the acrylic on my whole nail. There was ample space left on both SIDES of my nail. My nails are THICK and UNEVEN as well. Both of my pinkies are different lengths. NEVER COMING BACK.

Vicky took good care of my feet for a nice and relaxing pedicure... I noticed the nail designs and they are all current trends with bomb designs..Ill be back..👌

So my first time was great my second was half ok and yet i want for my third which great. The reason for the three stars and the forth was a no no the only word can be said other then the worst ever .. My ped was half done and for 33 dollars i was not impressed. Now the dip nails was the most horrible experience. So bad i left went somewhere else to have them redone. I will say that the guys thatswork the are great but the two ladies besides the own are.. ?????

This place does fabulous nails. I go to Vicki for my eyebrows. She’s number one at eyebrows and she has wonderful customer service. They practice social distancing.

They have always done a great job. My sisters and mother go often. They respect your time as long as you respect theirs.

Visited Miracle Nails yesterday.I was greeted when i came in. My pedicure was great. Love them. I shall definitely be back :)

The polish is cheap. It chips easily and so does the gel. The service is horrible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the quality of work sucks my nails and pedicure never last longer than one week. The white polish changes within one week also. Save your your money and go somewhere else that doesn’t use cheap materials and that has a professional staff

I arrived May 11,2019 at 9:15 with my mom for mothers day, and it was already at least 6people there I was shocked! However they manage to seat my mother for a pedicure which took almost 30 minutes later and her fussing to walk out and Vic asking for her to calm down for service evently conducted by VI literally after walking in not even 5 minutes later. Lets chat about VI, First let me say her attitude was remarkably focused on ensuring my mother and myself were pleased. Vi turned what could have been a not so happy mothers day into a wonderful experience she did a wonderful job on my moms pedicure, my powder polish and marble design then hooked up my lashes all with pose just returning TODAY 6weeks after just having a BABY! Vi has become MY personal favorite here at Miracle Nails.

My first experiences were great. But the last two pedicures were sloppy and mediocre at best and I was overcharged for one my pedicures. I get gel pedicures so that they can last longer but that was a complete waste on the last two I received. They are nice people but I’ll be moving on to a new salon from now on

Matt did really good on my nails! I am big on polish being neat and he met my expectations. I’m satisfied.

I was in the shop on 4/20/19 for a gel manicure, but was not pleased with the experience. The gel manicure was just okay, but the young lady servicing me was on and off the phone for personal reasons the whole time she was doing my nails. That was so unprofessional and the environment in the shop was unorderly and lacking professionalism. I found out that the shop has a new owner and I could tell. Management is truly not like it used to be.

I have been coming here for a few years now. My nail tech left, but l continued to patronize. BAD IDEA. Lately, the service has been horrible. They don’t have enough techs. You make appointments and they don’t honor them. BAD BUSINESS. Good thing the are not the only gig in town....

TERRIBLEWent here a couple of times and the employee attitudes are horrible. The prices change every time you go even when you are getting the same service. The worst experience ever!!! I would give zero stars but I cant.

Normally I don’t have any problems, however today was not the case. Went in for a gel pedicure and eyebrows (my usual). My feet and legs weren’t completely dried before the technician had me put my shoes and socks on. The coating of the polish was thinner than normal. And the worst part of all, my eye brows are nearly GONE. So thin I’m going to have to wait months before getting them done again (not here of course) I’m normally satisfied with my brows despite having multiple different people wax them, however today was not my lucky day. I’m going to have to fill them in every day just to look half way decent. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They were adequately staffed first thing in the morning, gave good suggestions when I asked, and otherwise performed the services I requested without attempting to push other services on me.

Love this place. Just wish the wait times werent so long.

3 of us came to get pedicures. 2 were started early, one waited. Only 1 was given and option as to which pedicure they wanted. So of course the establishment tried to complete the most expensive pedicure. No. Rude. The gel polish was $15 extra on top of everything. Too much. If u choose to come, the young lady is very nice.

I am a devoted customer!Stephanie ( the owner) new her stuff and was patient with whoever came in the shop. I love the fact that all the techs made it feel like they were all family. Lily, stephanie or Matt usually does my nails, I get Sns and its usually stays 3.5 weeks.Lets see how things go with the new owner...havent been in 3 weeks, its time to go!

I would not recommend. Happy nails is right down the street you’re better off going there.

Matt is my tech he does a very good job with everything Im always satisfied I highly recommend him also a very nice salon all the techs are nice and are willing to make your service there the best every time.

I get my nails done here and are very pleased. Went there for Mothers Day and they had a fruit basket there and treated their clients with fruit on sticks. Nice touch!

Terrible service, I took to long picking a color so the lady doing my nails stop doing my nails and started doing someone else feet. Then once I started to get my feet done the water was so cold, she didnt bother to ask was it ok. Cut my toes nails down without asking. I hate receiving rushed service. The entire time they only held conservation in theyre language in front of All the clients. I just am not impressed I dont feel service and guest satisfaction is a major concern to them

Came here the attended me very quickly I got the on Bray gel manicure and it was a phenomenally done just like the videos on YouTube or even better.

Friendly staff, as a walk-in, took me right away (I went close to closing) and Stephanie, having to correct someone elses work, was quick and thorough! My nails look great!

Stephanie was my Nail Tech A AWESOME job on my nails.....Im a very pickie person when comes to my Nails & Feet.... I got the CAT EYE design & have gotten SOOOO many Compliments..... they have WON me as a NEW CUSTOMER..... my Nails was done 3wks ago.....

I came in here randomly to get my feet done and this was one of the worst experiences I had to witness ever. My nail tech was kind and attentive. She did a decent job but i had to see someone else to get gel polish. This was ok but everyone should be trained to complete a pedicure from start to finish as I had to wait for polish while my nail tech went to lunch. Now to what i had to witness. The girl next to me had to ask for a new sterile pack of utensils. When she did what an ATTITUDE she received. As she walked away she made faces like it was a problem she asked for clean tools. The customer was nice enough about it but it seemed to be a big problem. As the pedi went on I overheard her continue to politely complain until the end when she noticed her nail tech had cut her toe w a pumice stone. The customer asked could she have some antiseptic and the tech tried to spray alchol on it...i think that was her being mean on purpose as she knew that would burn like hell. The tech then comes back with a stick of something that the young lady said burned as well. When the customer politely asked would they be throwing away the pumice stone she bleed on she looked at her and dropped it in the basket for reuse. I will not be coming back and only gave 3 stars because my nail tech was ok....dropped to one because i realized she cut my ankle w the cheese grater thing on accident im sure but no bueno!

The nail techs are unprofessional! Rude to customers! Some staff members come from outside smirking and don’t wash their hands prior to servicing customers!
