Good people, attentive service, thorough, with good rates for many years.

This office is shady as heck! I called to report an accident that happened with their insured HITTING ME and instead of giving me a number to the claims department the gal hung up on me and said she didnt have to speak with me. Called back to hopefully get something resolved with the owner.. well he also has a personality of a rock! He got VERY rude and said he didnt have to speak with me.. all I was trying to accomplish was getting a claim filed. AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! If I could give a NEGITIVE star I would!!

Have used them since I moved to clinton in 2007 and bought my home. Good people, helpful and have always been able to find answers to my questions
