While I wasn’t able to use the part I ordered the customer service was super responsive and emailed a return label within an hour of the request. The part was brand new and looked in great shape but was not compatible with my mower. Customer service was top notch from beginning to end.

For example we recently purchased a cs690 and the purchase went smooth as possible the salesman has been here to help us every step of the way and western even sent a mechanic out on first day of harvest to ride with us and show us the machine and it’s features. I have been doing business with western equipment for years. I have a mowing business and use the commercial grade ztracs. I am on my 5th or 6th mower and am considering trading next year. When I have traded they give top dollar on my used mowers and have worked very hard on service after the sale. I have also bought a few tractors from them.
