Great people and great place to buy machinery

Bought 20 concrete blocks with the understanding they would load them and we had time to move them on a Saturday. We called 3 different times to pick them up and they were closed Saturday. We got there today to get and they only had 16. Tried to say he should charge me to load and should charge storage. We had agreed price included loading and time to get them moved. They were at side of lot so not in the way. He does now have a bunch of blocks protecting his fence. No offer to to repay. We bought before he auction off the rest and had to pay to get them.
