I want to start by saying that I totally disagree with the negative reviews on here. Maybe all the facts aren’t being shared but I have nothing but nice things to say about this location and the staff. Rezmia, Pablo, and Andrew are the best! I go there multiple times a week and they are beyond helpful. The drivers are even really nice. They have waited until I’m finished scanning to load my package in the truck before they left, which they didn’t have to do. The entire staff is very patient, understanding, helpful, and polite. They are all very professional and do their best to get you out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this UPS store and thank you to all the staff!!
Store #7093 @ 83 Ackerman Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011; simply does not answer their telephones.That said the UPS Call Center System unable to access UPS Store dropped off shipments (per the UPS rep) is incredibly inefficient and should be reevaluated as a business practice.
My experience at this location was great. Staff was very friendly and polite as well as helpful. I came in to return a set of earrings that I had bought online and the process was very smooth and quick. I definitely recommend this location to anybody in the area and I will be going back.
Been coming here for awhile now to drop off packages and I never had any issue whatsoever! The employees are very chill and beyond helpful. I’ve never had a package go missing during transit, unlike another UPS location that lost 2 of mine. I will definitely continue coming here and you should consider coming here too!
The staff here is great. Very professional, very helpful. Well knowledgeable about products and super personable. A store located right in between the GNC and liquor store, the GPS takes you by the Urgent Care for some reason. The staff was courteous and friendly, I had many amazon returns, and they were quick and efficient. They have a computer service if you need to print labels, and many different types of packing options if need be. Will use this location from now on!

The staff here is not great. We shipped 4 boxes to our clients. Only two boxes were delivered. One of them missed the delivery because staff at the store entered the incorrect address - even though they were shown the address from a digital device with the correct address displayed. So that is a 50% accuracy rate - not too comforting if you are PAYING $600 DOLLARS to have your boxes overnighted. What makes the matter worse is that we spoke with the store as well as national UPS and nobody will refund the shipping charges plus the basic insurance (You pay $200 to have something overnighted and you get only $100 insurance? I think even the post office does better than that - LOL)The biggest problem is that, instead of helping me keep my customers happy, they actually disappointed them. That wont help me build my business. Go to FedEX - you may pay a little more but you will be treated more professionally.
Convenient location for a post office.There was one employee or I think he was a manager there (guy with long hair --didnt get to catch his name), he was very friendlyand took his time to explain the how-tos but in a time conscious manner. All of that took about 5 minutes tops.Place is very spacious as well, good for the whole social distancing thing during covid.
FYI, Google Maps directions will drag you to the Urgent Care it thinks is 83 Ackerman.Its not there, and actually located next to GNC on the corner.I submitted an edit report to Google, but I hope this review helps in the meantime.Staff inside was friendly and sociable- there was virtually no line at the time I went, and their box labeling was fast.No issues whatsoever this time.
Worst customer service! The manager apparently was getting annoyed because I was taking to long looking for my amazon return code! He proceeded to ask the customer behind me if she was ready to be helped! When I confronted him, instead of apologizing he answered rudely stating the line was getting to long and I was taking too long looking for my amazon return code! I honestly took about 15 seconds to look for my code! Not to mention my hands were full with 6 amazon returns! Obviously, he has no patience to deal with customers! Please hire managers who are trained in customer service!

The short incompetent man who they call manager sent my MacBook to the wrong place and they can’t do anything about it when you had one job. The shipping label had a description on them all he had to do was read it and not cost me time and money. I even called explained my situation to the supervisor woman and i quote we can’t do anything about it call corporate. Rude and dismissive! You would think they would take people’s belongings serious but no they just discard their selfish behavior.If I don’t get my computer back I swear to Jesus himself I’ll sue.

Went to this store to mail my husbands rollerskates to Arizona. When the staff was inputing the address, it didnt pop up on their computer hence she needed to call the manager.Apparently we had issues with shipping details. I stepped out and called my husband regarding the exact details and all.Once we got back (with my hubby now), Pablo, the manager recognized me asap and instantly helped us with our situation again.He double checked all the details and then re-assured us that the package would get to the receivers place on a certain day.He gave us all the tracking details and made sure to contact us if anything would come up. Good customer service!

Sent some documents for printing ar the time of collections I have been informed they have never received the order. When we showed the order confirmation along with the payment information we were asked to send the details once again .
Store is supposed to open at 8am. It’s 9 am and it’s still not open. They should really fix their hours this was already out of my way and now no one is here.

I sent a package they sent it and made a huge mistake and took forever to fix ghr problem. A week and a half later the pacage was delivers because of there mistake I sent 12 dollars worth of.merchendise they had to.pay 50 I. Taxes . The girl who works there is useless. She was trying to find the package of the person in front of me, but not really making much of an effort. I needed a label printed, and she told me to print it at home until I told her that my printer was broken. She then told me that her printer was also broken. She seemed like she really didnt want to be bothered. Happens when you hire kids.
How come this place has its schedule outside in a piece of paper and they still dont follow it? ive been going for two days straight and its closed! Now online says it opens tomorrow friday hopefully it does

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This is the second time I get treated rudely at this location. The guy who works there is completely rude and uninformed about everything. When it was my turn to be helped he didnt even greet me or asked what I needed, he just assumed what I was there for and asked me You got the label? He then had no idea what he was doing and was unable to help me because his system didnt allow him to receive my package. After 5 or more minutes he miraculously got the answer and said I had to go to a UPS WAREHOUSE to return my package. When I asked him where that was located he replied, GOOGLE IT. I walked out right after that, because I had enough of the bad customer service. The amount of unprofessional-ism this guy is serving is absurd. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint. I will never return to this location again!

The store was closed in the middle of the day even though everything says open. There were 4 other people outside confused as well.
Right now, store was suppose to be open but closed. There is no notice paper on the windows. It is 3 pm right now. I waited for 10 minutes guessing the worker went to the restroom or something.
GPS has no clue were the place is, its actual right next to the GMC, not the urgent Care, was so confused had to ask some guy for were it was
