Very rude and slow! Requested documents from an agent named Kelly. She promised to do something in the morning but did nothing! Called back in the afternoon and said shell send it before lunchtime and hang up on me! I called back to complain about her attitude and rude behavior and I was transferred back to her instead of talking to a manager. She answered phone in very rude way again and started making excuses!!! Worst customer service I have seen by an insurance agency EVER!!!
