It’s been more than 5 years now since I first walked into Bill Eljouzi’s State Farm office on Lakeview Ave. In Clifton NJ to get some information on life insurance so I can have something for my family in case something happens to me. But I still remember that day in details. The staff was very friendly courteous and knowledgable. Bill himself came and greeted me and my wife and shared his knowledge and experience about life insurance and answered all of our questions. Soon we ended up purchasing a life insurance policy, car insurance policy and a homeowner insurance policy through his office with State Farm. His office is always welcoming us when we have any questions about any of the policies. Bill always made sure that our questions are answered and our concerns are addressed and always followed up with a phone call. Most recently when I lost my car in the flood caused by the storm Ida, I a stopped by the office and Bill helped me with the claim process and made it easy for me and he personally followed up with State Farm until the claim was settled. Thank you Bill and your office staff for everything you did and continue to do for our family, your customer service is truly exceptional. You always made me feel good whenever I visited or called your office.I strongly recommend them for all your insurance needs. Their service and knowledge is priceless thank you so much

Mr Bill is amazing. He gave me the best, cheapest rates for all my cars and house. I have the best coverage for the lowest rate I have ever seen. I used to have a no name insurance that had a terrible policy and was expensive for no reason. I am so happy I found this amazing agent.

Went in eager. left upset. i try to start a new policy after a failed one. told it would take 30 days before reapplication... actually 60. i dislike misinformation. felt like they wasnt treating me fairly.

Worst State Farm agents, worst employees. I called them several times to renew a FEMA policy, the kept promising to provide new renewal quote within 48 hours, never ddi, never responded, never called back..If that was their behavior for policy renewal, ON CAN IMAGING WHAT THEIR REACTION WILL BE FOR CLAIMS.NEVER TURST THEM, NEVER THINK ABOUT THEM

So hard to get a hold of anyone working here - Ive called about a pressing matter about 8 times already today, and have been sent to voicemail 7 out of those time - on top of everything the one time someone picks up I get put directly on hold without even being greeted first. This happens every time I have an issue that needs to be resolved - highly considering switching my insurance company
