Ive gotten a tow from them twice now. The first tow they treated me like a person instead of an object they where cashing out on. Then i needed a tow today and had my grandma and 2yo son with me and they went above and beyond to make sure we where taken care of in a timely manner so my family didnt rost out in the heat. Both times the drivers where kind, considerat, and polite. They will get my buissness from now on without hesitation.

We accidentally locked our kids in the truck at a gas station. We called and they arrived within 5 min. We obviously would have paid anything but he kept the price very reasonable. Opened it within a minute.

The man at the office was understanding and nice to me .however he had to do his job, and I needed the title in order for him to release the vehicle. By the time I got my hands on the title I didnt have enough money to get the vehicle out . Im hoping hell allow me to retrieve some important items from it tomorrow .including bank account info. Paperwork .

Fast on time and gets the job done

The guy was completely rude and wouldn’t offer anything and then they charged 125 for a tow. When we didn’t want to pay that much they said they would take it back and charge us another 65 on top of it. A compete rip off from a second rate tow company. Do yourself a favor and don’t call them.

Id never called a tow truck before so I was nervous because I didnt understand how it worked. Tim took my call, arrived promptly, even took the time to pull off the road when he realized my vent windows were open to avoid one of them blowing out. He gave me a ride home along with my car and chatted very pleasantly with me the whole time. He pushed the car in the driveway because its a really rocky drive and then it still only cost me 50 bucks! I see why theyre recommended!!

I broke down blocking the door to a grocery store and Moes towed me out of the way before my car got impounded. Their service man was able to quickly identify the problem and their in house mechanic was able to do the repairs. Since I had my car towed to their shop they reduced the towing bill, and the repair bill was so low Im not sure I could have fixed it cheaper myself. Extremely pleased with their prompt and helpful service, not a better car company in all of Cleveland

This company is professional and honest! We were on the side of the highway and they arrived in about :20 minutes. They delivered our car to the repair shop and filled out the form and dropped it in the after hours box so we didnt have to follow them there. We had to have the car towed again to another location and used them again about a week later. Excellent pricing. I highly recommend them!

Moes towing towed my car after an accident where my car rolled 3 times. They tried go charge me more than I paid for the vehicle. The owner and his son where arrogant, vultures capitalizing on a disabled woman. Would not recommend them under any circumstances.

They fixed my radiator and fan and did a very good job on my jeep liberty so I took my wifes car up there and they fixed the brakes and her ac fan. They do great work and I always have them fix my cars!
