This is where my phone service is through and I love it

Big guy needs to pay attention to the customers rather than listening to the football game. Loud for no reason I’m right next to you bub and didn’t even change my plan when I told him to change it that’s why I do all my bills over the phone.

1/2False advertisements, phone 7 was being sold for $49.99 a new customer with the number of the other company, when going to checkout the price was raised$225, then lowered it to $189.99. Thats a scam, i went to lorain boost mobile and got it at the advertised price . i bought the phone at $135 brand new.

I was very displeased with their customer service. I went into the store to buy a phone, the phone dropped calls every 2-20 minutes. So I took the phone back. Moe the sales clerk was so rude. He did not want to let me return the phone after only two days. So he called his boss who told him to return the phone. He tried to charge me twice for a 20 dollar sims card. I paid 233 and was only refunded 106 because they made me pay a restocking fee on a bad phone and there is no returns on cases etc witch is about $20. Moe doesnt know how to count so make sure you count up your money before you walk away.
