This guy does great work. Fast, efficient, affordable. Better quality repairs on work boots than the factory. Sure beats buying a new pair of boots. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend. Took a pair of boots here to be stretched and twice I showed up during business hours only to find that the place was closed. My $300 leather boots were damaged while in posession of the business owner, 3 punctures and scuffs on a brand new pair of boots. Very disappointed.

Dropped off my sisters purse last week. Think I left my cell number with him too & prepaid, which I dont like. Came in today & after a few moments, Neil found it but didnt start work on it. Said it would b done by Thursday. I said ok, but asked if their would b some type of refund for my time & the xtra wait. Then he said he could do it in 45 minutes. I said ok but I didnt want a shoddy job and would come back on Thursday. Neil then proceeded to give me back my $ and said it was best to move on. I asked him if he was sure and he said he was. We thanked each other & went our ways. Neil charged a fair price but his customer service was lacking to say the least. And seemed very unorganized. Tony did solid, not great work but his customer service skill was always good

Took care of me right away .. got an estimate for a broken suitcase for an Airport claim. I had a very difficult time finding someone that would do that!

Dont be fooled. Original owner joe oriti sold business. New guy only trained for 6 months. Doesnt know what he is doing. Prices are outrageous. Crook, find another place to go.

I believe this is now called Oriti Shoe repair. It has taken almost 1 month. I have come to pick up on date promised 3 times and each time told Id have to come back. $62 to re-sole loafers with service like this? Never again.
