Henry, Dwayne and Shawn at 79th and Euclid location go above and beyond . Great service and parking and if they dont have it theyll find it.

Deep in the heart of the city on Euclid and E. 79 inside Chuch Square. Great customer service. I never had an issue. Been doing business with them for about 4 years now.

I passed by here going somewhere else.I have not shopped here. A friend of mine seems to like this store. She apparently rented decent furniture there.

Beware Beware Beware, this place is really bad. My sister wanted to buy something, and they just kept telling her the same old story. They kept giving her the run around. After the third day she had enough. She asked them for her money back .... Then they called the police on her ... She is old and broke down . Lol lol lol !!!!! All she wanted is her money back!!!!! They are rude to customers!!!!! Dont go to this one if you can go elsewhere..... Thanks and God Bless.

Did not shop there

First of all. The manager of the store is a stereo typical ghetto rude disrespectful manager that does not know how to converse with paying or past paying customers. And yes I said ghetto!! Lol. I asked for a smart TV flat screen for net flex cell phone usage. I purchased a vizio and paid it off in a couple of months. Anyway. I drive a semi truck for work so I was gone for a while. When I finally had a chance to get net flex because I was also given a smart remote. I found out that they sold me the wrong TV. When I called the Manager of the church square location in Cleveland Ohio...to make him aware of the mix up. Rather than say sorry and apologize for the mix up for a TV I purchased and now have no use for...he basically was extremely rude! And ignorant! Basically you paid already so screw you and your no longer a customer. Typical ghetto Cleveland location! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE LOCATION.

Full grown man who act like females. Poor customer service. Ghetto rude as hell. Dont be late on a payment they act like you put your merchandise on their personal credit.
