This place has made our bank account negative like 200-500 in the negative multiple time. So a month ago we told them to come get the mattress and box spring and they never showed up well yesterday we got a letter in the mail saying to contact them asap. Well we did and the manager was rude so we told them to come get their stuff. So today they finally showed up and I asked the guy what they did with the mattress he said we clean them and resale them which in Tennessee is illegal and they can be fined for it. So if you get a mattress from there. There is no telling if your getting a new mattress or if its one that bed bug Betty couldnt pay for and your getting it for your family and then boom you got bed bugs.

Lol I just wanted to rent a ps4 weekly but they refused because I get paid by weekly I only wanted to do it weekly to fit my budget if they cant work with me on that they are nothing but a money greedy company...

I recently went into buddys and was immediately greeted by a smiling woman at the front desk. I started to browse and she asked how my day was going and if I needed any help. Without being pushy she guided me through my shopping experience. Every single question I had she had a prompt, knowledge answer. Bethany was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and charismatic and after going to several other furniture stores that day let me tell you with 100% confidence SHE IS AN ASSEST to your company. Ive never came across someone in this industry that gave me such a personalized positive experience. I will be a loyal customer to your Cleveland location as long as Bethany is there!

I currently have an account from Buddys. Bethany is by far the best employee they have working at Buddys. I honestly have no problem with them except having my credit card on file and charging my card when ever they like. They have taken 2 payments out at once when it should only be for 1 payment. I have told them numerous time to not take any money out of my account without me advising to do so. While the service itself has not been bad the way the money has been handled is terrible.

Bethany and Scott are amazing! Bethany always sets us up with whatever we need, shes great at answering all my questions, and Scott did an amazing job when delivering our bedroom set! I love this store

My husband and I recently rented from here and got great prices and delivered same day... the delivery guy (Brock I believe was his name) was just amazing and very helpful he hooked everything up, wifi, game system, sound bar... Thanks so much!!!!!!

I agree with others opinions on Tim and Jeremy. We’ve rented and are almost done paying on our wash and drier. We paid a month in advance and our wash went out. The loaner I got smells and the top starts to shake and come off during the spin cycle. My husband and I have called now for two mo the asking about our washer. We’ve been told numerous stories. After the first month we asked to speak to the district manager and was told he would call-as usual no call from anyone. They took a payment out of my card not authorized and for too much. When I called to inquire today, Jeremy wouldn’t let me speak. I informed him I was upset with the lies and that apparently set him off because he started yelling st me. I hung up, crying in disbelief that a company, let alone a general manager would act this way. I called my husband who spoke to him and was hung up on from Jeremy after being told we were sick of the lies and he needed to credit the money that was taken out with our consent or a confirmation saying it was paid back. I have NEVER been so discgusted with a company. We were in a bind and made the mistake of going this route. I ya e like 5 payments left and honestly just want to return it so I don’t need to deal with them. I’m just astounded that a company would have people who cannot communicate with their customers and who won’t listen or make things right. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone-

Dont get anything from here. Tim and Jeremy are rude!!! They take unauthorized payments from your card whenever they want. When you call them they both yell and curse at you then hang up in your face. This company needs better people here

Do not do business with this store! They will draft your account without your permission!!! Tim will send you text messages regarding your account from his personal cell phone. Do not make the mistake and do business here!!!

Dont get anything from here. We got a tv from here..... that was delivered BROKEN! Well they want us to get a different one that will be twice the charge or keep this one. On top of that my bill is ONLY supposed to be $19 a week and every week its something different ranging between $19 and $25 (our card is on file so they take it out) we went and said said about it and the man explained that extra charges were taken out for whatever reasons, it wouldve been taken out sooner or later in his exact words. DO NOT RENT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Great staff, and thier prices are great as well, they will beat any competitor, they offer weekly to monthly payments to fit any budget along with great products to choose from, you really cant go wrong with Buddys.
