If you’re nice to them they’re nice back. I am a case worker and all of my clients have been able to receive services.

The workers in this facility are so unprofessional. The only people that were kinda decent were the security guards, at least they were nice. The lady at the desk with the short dreads has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I get it you don’t have a great job but it’s still your job, learn how to communicate with people properly.

They dont answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail, they dont return your call.My case worker forgot to call me for my interview. Said the workload was backed up and shes very sorry please call back. (Said, Via voicemailMeanwhile, I was at work and couldnt answer. I dont know why I thought she would answer or at least return the call. Nope. Its been a month and they cut my couple food stamps off.Its better to just keep a job and do what you can for your family because these people are some sorry sacks of sh*!✌

Tried to renew my health insurance and then got a letter in the mail saying it was never received and that it was canceled. sent that form back in to get a hearing and have my insurance be until the end of the year, but never heard anything back from that either and insurance still wasnt working. tried calling for months and would never get through. eventually went in person, and they just decide to close earlier than what time it says without stating that and will not accept anyone that comes in even if its an hour before they close. lady at front desk of the building was nice and tried to help though, said to call 5 min before 8am and youll get through. called and got through but they were no help and had to go back in person again. finally got to talk with a very nice younger lady who renewed my insurance right away. overall a very annoying process that shouldnt have even needed done because people just werent doing their jobs correctly, but no one was rude there.

I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for something to happen with my child care voucher. Nobody ever calls back, I’ve left several voicemails. I haven’t been able to go to school this entire time because my son can’t go to daycare.

I have called my caseworker several times to reschedule my interview and she never answers. I have been calling her for a week. Yesterday I called 6 times. I have left two messages explaining that I need to reschedule and have not received a call back. This place needs to be shut down!

Just called the new hotline and the person who was calling off the numbers went so fast that you have to be a chongicaist the one who takes the notes in court to get the numbers that I did had to call 3 times and then had to leave messages crazy. Just wanted to know about food stamps.

I have literally been calling today for 4 hours straight. 4 different phone numbers and you cant get ahold of not one single person - the main line, the child care line, my caseworker or her supervisor. This is ridiculous! I know you all have a heavy case load, but if this wouldve been taken care of when they said it was going to be, then it wouldnt be a problem. This is a recurring issue with Cuyahoga JFS and something needs to be changed. Some of these people need assistance now in order to get back on track so that they wont have to depend on public assistance in the future. That cant happen if weeks of phone calls arent returned and phones arent answered.....and I wont even get started on the way they speak to people... Just dont go into social work as a career if youre put off by helping others and doing your job.

I sat here for 6 hours from opening at 8am till 2pm on Friday October 6th 2017. The help desk tried helping me get ahold of someone several times but no one ever came out for me. So now I go another week with very little food because my application still isnt processed after a month!

It is really an incompetent bunch, the human element needs to be minimized, let it be handled with computers because these people dont know what theyre doing.

I can never get a hold of any one includinng my case worker i litterly just added a 4 year old to my case and im on disability and my telephone interview was weeks ago which never happened. I call leave a voicemail no call back call the case worker supervisor leave a voicemail no call back. The case worker in lake county had emailed my case worker and no response

Its the welfare office. Apply for social services here and make child support payments

I called and was left on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and still no answer!!!! Been calling for weeks. Terrible!!!!

It takes a month to hear from my worker. No one answers the number given for general information which is the number listed above. We are going on a month and still waiting for food benefits. I have a child with autism and its tough when you have to rely on an agency that wont communicate with you.

No rules are followed. I waited too long and they didn’t call me.

They really should shut this place down and lay off everyone. They dont do their jobs anyway. They all are unprofessional and attitudes are terrible. The staff there is the reason that people think we arent anything but ghetto monkeys.

It is 1:46 on 12-27-2018 we have been on hold for 47 minutes waiting for a conference call that was set by your department. In all the years of customer service I have never had to wait this long to talk to someone. I am trying to help a friend that needs your services and we cannot talk to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!need help
