Put you on the phone for about an hour maybe three never answer what kind of system is this
I never can get a hold of anyone on the phone. When I do get a call back its not 24 hours like the recording says its usually weeks later one week two weeks and also I was told to take time to go to a work program appointment . I would call to schedule an appointment, which is another separate number, Its saved thing its a two weeks for me to get the call back to schedule an appointment which I could not make and I requested to reschedule and the lady said she would have to call me back and its going on another two weeks if not longer since Ive talk to her and now I get a letter saying that Im being penalized a month in food stamps because I did not make the work program appointment. I shouldnt be punished for their inability to handle work load and will be requesting state hearing and appealing and write up on employees involved in penalizing me!
I havent Received my Cash Benefits for November 2018 & I went to this office & Explained The Original check Wasnt Received The week of November 10 -2018 & Wheres The Re-issued Check? ME Waiting On Hold after being Hung Up On!!! & called Customer service yesterday Didnt Get an Actual Person on The Damn phone!
Best offices Ive seen so far for this type of institution. I feel that customers should have more privacy. I sat, watch and listened to a clients entire situation without intending to do so.
In and out but didnt answer my questions. Filed for food assistance and was suppose to get a phone call today but havent received one call from them yet.. Im discouraged by this. Didnt get to see anyone about the situation. Just handed me a sheet off paper and sent me on my way. Ridiculous. Need better workers that are concerned about is as clients. Dont line being neglected
Because when it’s time to speak it’s never a men nor woman picking up it’s always automated so Cleveland is still letting others come an do there work for them. Sad! I need to be assist. Thanks Michelle.
Its just terrible how folks can be so nasty...I wish people get jobs they like.If your not happy in your field of work dont mean everybody that have to take care of business with you have to feel your unhappy work performance.. It encourage people that need help.
You can never reach your worker. Cant leave a voice mail. Either full or dnt have a mail box. Dnt give you enough time to summit your documents. Then wonna cut you and your family off. Not right at all.
I wouldnt even rate this 1 star but you have to the people here are worthless it took me 46 days last year to get anything figured out well here we are again 7 days in no results
Im having the hardest time getting my needs met with this Quincy location. Downtown is way faster processing my paperwork. I feel as though the workers are careless and ignorant here smh
I called no answer And can never get through to speak to someone for an appointment then they are quick to stop your benefits. I’ve been on hold for a hour now dang.
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS. I HAD A INTERVIEW NEVER GOT CALLED I WAS THE ONE CALLING AND STILL IS. IVE BEEN CALLING SINCE DEC.4 IVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES.ITS FUNNY THAT MY CASEWORK UPDATES HER VOICEMAIL EVERY MONTH STATING THAT SHE WILL NOT BE IN OFFICE. BUT YET TO RETURN MY CALL. THEY ARE NOT PROFFESIONAL. THIS DOESNT MAKES SINCE AT ALL. THATS TERRIBLE!!!
One, there is a number listed on the site... NOOOOOOO one answers! Ive been calling since 8:30am. It is now 12:41pm. If no one answers the phone, hire someone to do so. If not, pull the number down!
The Workers have very smart mouths . They DONT Even listen to what you have to Say & one told me that she dont have to listen 👋🏽
The smartest thing you can do to get results is complain to the commissioners office DOWNTOWN google the number until you find a administrator over the office trust me it will get handled!

They were not helpful at all all I got was the round around about my guestions and they was never answer .
When you call there their answering machine wont let you talk to anyone or leave a message.
This location houses ODJFS, Fairfax Development Corp., and HEAP offices. The staff is very professional and friendly.

They need to all get fired ...nobody there return phone calls...they say 24 to 48 hrs they should return a phone a call try more like a month ...they all need to be reported this building need to just get shutdown ...unprofessional black people ... THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!
