Called to try and set a appointment to pick up a car and they said they didn’t have anything available until the next morning. The man on the phone was very rude and nasty about it. I went up there to see if they were busy as he said (he stated that they had appointments every 15min) I saw one person in there while I was in the car waiting to see if anybody else would come. The person left and I waited 10 min in my car for another person to come no one came. I walked in and asked to get my car. Basically was there 30 minutes and nobody was there only people were the workers. The manger still had a attitude and didn’t apologize for anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

We came and picked up our stuff. They stole some of the belongings like charge cables. The “important” items were there so we wouldn’t notice until we got home. Maybe they couldn’t pawn off the other stuff.

We went to pick up my boyfriends car and the battery was dead. They gave him a jump only to have the car die when we got home. The car is a paperweight and needs a new battery because it cant hold a charge. The car ran fine the very day it was picked up, and now its like this. The office reeks of beer and b.o. the signs inside are taped to the wall and everything is grimey. Im not saying an impound should look like the Ritz, but if youre being paid to do a job you can at least maintain your space to the best of your ability. I guess they were though, given that they cant even turn off a Prius properly without killing the battery.

Lost my truck to reposseion, these guys made it a little more pleasant.

They stole over $1,000 worth of items out of my boyfriends car. Dont trust them.
