I just want to say that i have worked for this company for over a year now and it is the best company i have ever worked for. Unlike this person below, if you do your job correctly and have a great work performance they treat you very well. If anybody is ever looking for a job please come to our office and we will try to help you the best we can.

Ive never worked for them thank god. In 2017 I went for an interview. 2 hours in an empty waiting room, never called back. Left.In 2019 the same thing but 3 hours.Last week I applied for a well paying welding job off indeed. It was these folks. For once, seen immediately. Drug test. Bank info. Thought I was ready to go. Never saw or heard about a job. Just we will call you. And nothing.Theres a dozen staffing places in Cleveland. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE MOODY UNPROFESSIONAL FOLK.

I had a hard couple of weeks when I first started here, but they are very good people they will get you in a job fast usually the very next day. The job Im at now, Holiday Inn Express Im treated like family Im given breakfast every morning, and Express knew I didnt have much and was living on the streets so they gave me 2 uniform shirts, that I think they usually charge you for, and they are currently begging for people to work so I cant guarantee youll like working were Im at, but the ladies there will treat you like family. Why not go in 30 minutes of your time could change your life.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you need to get fingerprinted, I highly advise not using them.

I just left from the worst “professional” experience of my life. I thought I was coming for an interview and once I got here was told the job was taken already. So I stayed because they were going to “help me out”. “Somar” is hands down the most rude and condescending person I have ever met. She does NOT need to be in customer service of any kind. So I was talked to like I was nothing, and still left with no job, no leads. Thank you for a terrible experience.

Stephanie Ruttkay was very rude after one of her employees made a mistake and tried to blame me for the outcome. She repeatedly lied about job leads after our initial conversation; where I told her I had no problem fixing the issue I just won’t accept the blame because at no point did her employer told me that she needed a newer resume. If she had she would’ve had a resume by the end of the day.

My first visit to EEP, they are a bunch of nice people. Who listened to what I had to say and they seemed to generally care about you. Now lets see if they can find me a job.

Hands down the best staffing agency in Cleveland!

I started trying to go through them for a job about 4 years ago and they have never placed me with a job. I went today to do a typing test and talk about a job. I was told to come in at 10:30, so I arrived a little early. I sat there for over 30 minutes and the lady never walked out to talk to me and when I got there she wasnt even with anyone. I am never going to use them again.

If you need a job this is the place to go!

Staff is nice. But they drug test me to send me to a job which is fine! I get to the job and I’m literally the only sober one in the building along with maybe 2 others... they were twitching mouths moving just scary stuff... They didn’t send me to first break and sent me to lunch late because they forgot. I stayed for 6 hours before I just couldn’t take it anymore! They then only paid me for 2 hours!!! Check was 8$ staff is nice but they send you anywhere and tell you be professional (are you kidding me!) I have proof I was there longer then 2 hours and staff told me it was my fault... if the employer was sober he would remember me being there!!! I’ll never trust them to place me anywhere else !!

During my experience with Express i have been treated with arms wide open. My job coordinator, Starling has treated me with kindness as well as persistence. He helped me find the exact job i was in search of and stayed in contact with me regularly. I would recommend everyone use Express, if you are searching for a job that will benefit you and your families future.

I didnt have a hard time getting work with Express. Im still getting used to being part of a staffing company, but Mr. Franco helped me out with that. I was embarrassed to actually speak up about what jobs I was looking for. All I knew was I wanted to get out of food service and hes done everything he can to find new jobs for me. My hope about being with Express is that I will find a line of work that I actually enjoy and can start a career in. Mr. Franco really does seem to have my best interest in mind when we talk about job opportunities.

Sterling is extremely helpful and always make sure everyone is taken care of. He also does a great job at keeping up with jobs and making sure everyone is on time and at the correct address, no issues at express!

The staff is kind and well prepared and looks out for your best interest. Mr. Franco was exceptional and found me work almost immediately. Very thankful for my great experience with this company.

Poor communication at first but it seems to be improving.My main complaint is that during Covid they required us to wear masks when visiting their office for the initial interview process, but employees there weren’t wearing masks.

Express employment in Cleveland tn has really helped me out the last couple years they have found me work and kept me and my family going and recently Starling Franco has done everything he can to help me get the job I wanted so I could make better money. To my understanding theyre very recently under new management. I had a radically different experience talking to Brenda and she was so kind. Havent been employed through them yet, still at my current job, but I would disregard the past negative reviews because theyre trying to improve things and doing a good job.

Dont recommend. No girl old enough to be my daughter will ever tell me to have a better attitude. You dont treat people that way. I was tired apparently I wasnt happy enough.

This was the most unorganized staffing company i had ever given the time of day to. I go in wanting clerical work and they put me in for a ONE DAY a week job at a dentist office while their main receptionist was gone for who knows why. I am serious.... it was a ONE day a week job. I did it for the money, cause it was very needed. They said it would become perm and that i would be main receptionist for them. I asked the staffing agency if any training would be involved and the woman said yeah, someone else will be there. A day prior the staffing agent says thru text do you have scrubs? they need scrubs. After texting the receptionist at the dentist office, a few minutes later she said dress business professional actually. I do... i show up looking foolish. Business professional at a dentist.....everyone was in scrubs. I asked who would train me, they had no idea that i wasnt trained for medical reception. The lady who was there at the office had no idea how to show me the check in system, log ins, answer medical ins questions....I got up and walked out. The lady was panicking at the agency, telling me she will never be able to place me on a job again...I NEED TO TURN AROUND.. confused as to why they werent training me... GOOD! Never again will i ever go to these people.

They have very professsional staff, the receptionist at the front desk was very nice when i came in and welcoming, once i had my interview i really felt like they wanted the best for me, Somar and Starling were so nice, they were honest about what i they had open and helped me find a job in 1 week! They had me drug screen the same day and they did not try to waste my time and told me they call me about something once they found something i was qualified for..when they did call me i was so happy. Im so glad i went there

By far the MOST unprofessional Express office around. If you are looking for good, quality service, travel the extra 30 minutes to the Express office in Chattanooga. Do not waste your time with the people in the Cleveland office.

Went to Express pro in Cleveland tn. I sat down with starling franco. He sent me out to a job interview with a local company. He described the job and what I would be doing if I got the job. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. If you are looking to get a job thru Express pro. In Cleveland tn. Then just ask for starling franco he will take care of you!

Absolute unprofessional place of business. Sterling was great. There is a black haired lady there who accuses people of doing drugs due to their wack 12 point panel test. I had a hair follicle test not even two months ago that was clean along with a urinalysis. Their “test” said I tested positive for Methamphetomine. Definite 1 star review and won’t return.

Had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then to have them make up something about every express needs the same info they can’t put me to work. I have used other express’s before in many other states and never had the same issue.Their staff is incompetent and unprofessional!

Me and my wife would in there today and was treated very bad, we was deprived of our right to be treated as a human being, I recently visited a program Im in and was respected enough to be asked if I had to use the rest room and if so could I give a screening, I was told if I could not to feel free to go eat an when ready come back within two hours,at express I was told to empty all my pockets on there table told to not flush or use there water to wash my hands after I give them a screening, I did not have to use the restroom, and it was about four min into the wait when I ask if me an my wife could get a early lunch an I was rudly told Im not aloud to leave, I looked at the staff members and thought your joking right?? Then she stated not until u take the screening, well I though that was very weird seeing how we have not gotten employment yet, and I receive a weekly check up with the federal government like I stated earlier, Bottom line the people there was very rude, unprofessional, and a poor lack of people skill, And flat out discriminated with prejudice y against two people trying there hardest to find employment, an be a positive member of society,.... I got out of there as fast as possible, just think of the problems you might have tryna to get your paycheck??? I felt like I was in court, or the federal building

First they lied about the position i was going to be filling.Second i called them first thing in the morning to let them know i would be not going to work cause of my daughter having surgery. They were not happy and very short with me.

It was a bad experience in many ways. The lady working with me acted like I was stupid because of having no advanced education. She then treated me like dirt because of my job history. A person dealing with the public should have some customer service skills. I should not of gotten a vibe from her that I was a loser. You never know what a person has been though. Dont make people feel like crap. What goes around comes around.

The people are nice but when i get a call about a job offer and only get told Ill be put on the available list like for real Im trying to get a job i was there yesterday so i should already be marked as available and i got a call and thats all i get told melony needs to be trained a lil bit more or just put me where she is.

Oh they will get you a job.....If they like you. If they dont like you well you might as well find another temp service to work for cause they are not calling you.

I would recommend them.

Express mostly only has manual labor positions available. They will send strange automated calls to you as well.
