Ordered an IKEA product. Contacted HCI Courier 3 times, over 3 days. Told each time the scheduler is In the back. FINALLY got someone to call me back (daytime office hours only) while i was at work. Then they could only offer a Saturday (another week out), but cant even tell me if it will be morning or afternoon -- that well only know the day before. Ill never order another IKEA product due to this experience with their delivery service.
