These guys did a great job for me... kind of a emergency on my end, as I intended to physically move some data from a Warehouse on the far East side of Cleveland to a Datacenter on the near south-east side but I fell terribly ill. I called on a Saturday for a long distance package that had to be delivered from Cleveland to Cincinnati and these guys were the only 24 hour courier that picked up their phones and they managed to pick up my package within 30 minutes and deliver it within a few hours to Cincinnati. 5 star service that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Awesome courier service in Cleveland. I am not from the area but needed to deliver some paperwork to one of our clients and emailed them paperwork to print out and then deliver to our client. The client then signed it and gave it back to Reliable Couriers and they sent me back the paperwork with my Fed Ex account. I had a great experience with this courier service. I needed to have some medical equipment picked up from a hospital and delivered to a company that cleans the equipment. These guys were able to do it on demand the same day and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for medical equipment transportation.

My organization is in San Francisco, and we had a HIPAA/media-release that we needed signed by one of our doctors patients ASAP. This patient didnt have access to faxing/scanning/texting, so we really needed to get the actual documents delivered to their home, signed and sent back to us. Great courier service; when I needed something delivered from downtown Cleveland to the Mentor area these guys came through and on the same day (actually in under 4 hours). I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Fed Ex could not deliver my package that I sent from Los Angeles to family in Cleveland, so I had to look for a Cleveland courier to get my package from the Fed Ex station to my aunt and uncle. It was a Christmas gift so I could not wait the day or so for them to change the address in their system and resort it. I called a couple of courier services that offered same day delivery but none of them would pick anything up from the Fed Ex station, until I found Reliable Couriers. I am very thankful as they got my package delivered before Christmas with my familys gifts inside.

I Fed Exd the forms that I needed to Reliable Couriers and they had a legal messenger deliver and file the forms I needed. Called the Cleveland Service location to get a Quote for delivery of a larger item, (online it says car, cargo van or truck) so I figure give them a chance. My delivery was from Sandusky, to Mentor.First off the guy that answered the phone sounded like he just woke up after the phone rang like 8 times.....then after having to tell him two times what I had and where I wanted it to go.....he says woah ...oh man you want a cargo van or something....Wow....let me check Meanwhile back at the farm I am waiting on hold for much longer than most people would wait......(getting curious now if he forgot me)after 4 minutes on hold he picks back up and the convo went like this:him......hello*me.....well what did you find out?him......about what?*me....on shipping the emt cot!him.....Oh ...um....er....oh wow man.....I dont have a van or a truck for that.*me.....wow....very professional.....Click!Ive been shipping everything for the last 18 years, from small items to huge.....this office ....or at least my experience with THIS guy was pitiful!My advise is dont waste your time with this Cleveland based company.There are too many hungry businesses out there that really want to serve you better than this!
