I haven’t even had my phone a whole month yet and it’s already stupid. I’ve been through many different charges and none of them charge my phone. I’ve began to think that it’s just the phone. I will be making my way back up there to have it looked at. They claimed it was a brand new phone straight out the box but it’s been acting up since I got it. Honestly feel as though this is false advertisement and I paid an insane amount of money for these products to be constantly messing up. If anything I would like half of my money back. I will be up there soon.

They have a great attitude but the iphones are faulty 3G mods that their techs have put together. Then they will lie to you and tell you that there’s no such thing as 4glte iPhone service to calm you down from losing money. Don’t do it trust me. I learned a 200 lesson.

My experience at Discount Wireless was horrible. I tried contacting these people about my phone service when paying my phone bill. They reassured me that the bill was taking care of instead my phone was disconnected and the place was closed early without explanation.

I was discussed on how many people were smoking cigarettes in the establishment, I also smell a faint marijuana smell as I walk closer and closer to the front counter, I payed my phone bill and it was shut off the next day, this was third time it had to me ... I finally realized why, afterward my personal cell phone number on sheet of paper with a thousand other number that weren’t payed ! The owner is using customer bill money that aren’t due immediately for personal use !!!!!!
