Corptek was very professional, They looked over my computer and quickly diagnosed the problem. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didnt try to sell me something that wasnt needed. Took my mother in law’s laptop over for a Windows upgrade. Ended up with a Windows upgrade and a hard drive upgrade to a solid state drive! The laptop is running even better than before! Took a pc in for a power supply and processor swap. Was quoted a half hour of labor. He had to call another tech twice cause he couldnt figure out what he was doing wrong couldnt get the other processor working so blanked it on and charged me 150$ for him waisting time and messing around.. will not recommend more return to this place for any support or businesses

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! I am a college student who had a problem with an update on my computer and took it to my I.T. at my school they told me the only way to fix it was by wiping my whole computer so they did and still could not fix it. I searched for computer repair places and this was one that popped up and had 5 stars so I gave them a try. They had my laptop back up and working is at most 45 minutes and said that they would not have had to wipe the entire computer to fix it. Also great down to earth guys, very genuine and easy to talk to! Very very reasonable price in my opinion.

I hate to share anything because then Jeremy and Lisa will be too busy and I wont have them available to help me.!! These two are the dynamic duo of Web design and computer repair. Not to badmouth the competition but BB had my computer every other week and as soon as they would fix one thing, something else would go bad. I cannot be more happy with the help/service Lisa and Jeremy Jarvis give me. I had always shared a computer with my husband and wanted my own. To say that I was not tech savvy is a great under statement. They totally set my computer up, personalized it for my needs, and taught me how to use it. Not only that, but they are always there to help me with any problems ---Microsoft software changes, wifi, printer, etc. And the GREATEST help of all is with my husbands computer. Omg.... Im extremely happy I found these guys!! After taking my computer to Trinity Computers for an emergency repair and waiting 5 days for what they said was a simple problem, and them giving me the run around, and coming back telling me that I needed a new hard drive. I looked these guys up went straight over there, 2 hours later my machine is better them ever, and I didnt need the hard drive!! Thank you so much!! You guys are great!!
