I was very disappointed with my experience with PuroClean. I contacted the company with a basement leak, and an estimate was provided. The work was completed around a flowerbed outside, but this did not fix the leak in my basement. I have recently had to dig up the area to try to solve the problem, and after digging up mulch I realized that only a small portion of the flowerbed was covered with a tarp. I have had an issue for several months, and I have had PuroClean out multiple times. I was denied a refund, and I have been very frustrated by the process. I paid a lot of money, and I’m now having to redo everything that was completed to get my basement leak fixed. This is what $1,422 looks like. I was told over email recently that all they could do was try this to see if it worked. I was then blocked from emailing them back.

Puroclean was recommended by our homeowners insurance company after a toilet supply line failed. They arrived super fast and went to work removing everything that got wet. We had a water leak in our back offices. They came out within the hour, moved everything, brought huge fans in, and came back and checked on them within that time frame. Those machines controlled the humidity and moisture. After they were done, they moved the machines out, sprayed an antimicrobial throughout and moved our equipment/furniture back. These guys are lifesavers!!! Honestly, if you dont have a Property Damage Company for business, you need to call them!! They have my business going forward. Also, they are very professional and this is the second time we have used them. The other was for our crawlspace. I trust these guys 100%
