I love the communication and how the supervisor comes out on a regular basis to make sure things are going as planned. I am kept in the loop on items and I love it. Their cleaning supplies are great. They use certain cleaning agents and tools for specific locations (cafe, bathroom, etc.) and they keep our maintenance closets orderly. Their staff is awesome! Again communication is key and they do so well. Their staff are dressed professionally and are always positive when I see them or talk to them. They ask questions if they are not sure how we would like things done or if they feel they could make things better. Our office is very happy :)

We are very satisfied with the performance and dedication that our cleaning lady has given us. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure everything is clean and presentable.

I love the fact that Karen is so quick to return calls and help us in every way possible! Karen is a great face for Jan-Pro~! Im not one to ever give a review on anything, however, this may be the most dysfunctional, poorly run business Ive ever been a part of. If youre thinking of investing in a cleaning franchise do not EVER chose this one. Id chose coverall of Cleveland. Theyre perfect by no means but you can make it work if you work hard and have good customer service skills.

If anyone has something bad to say about this company its because they have a poor work ethic or lack common sense. Everything is throughly explained during your 5 module training, instead of throwing the franchisee to the wolves Janpro gives you mock training in a facility with experienced owners. Terrell is a straight forward guy him and his wife know what there talking about. Its sad that the guy who ranked them one star did so w/o giving a reason why he felt Janpro was a poor fit.

We have been extremely pleased with Jan-Pro and specifically with our crew. Always responsive and informative.
