I will never ever go here again. What a disaster of a business practice. The man cleaning my car hit my car with his little cleaning tool. He knew he did it, he looked right at me after he did it. I asked him to dry my car off so I can see the damage. Yep! A dent the size of a quarter on my car now. When I told the manger (owner, maybe), she pointed to a sign that says they have no responsibility for damage to vehicles.Ummmmmm, if I would of seen that I would never use this service. Plus, I signed no contact that stated this asinine business practice.Get your car washed someone else, far from there damaging washers.

I went here today to have my car washed. The guy who was doing the pressure washing before the actual washing was trying to untangle the cord. During that time he hit my car with the washer itself. I didnt notice when I paid but looking at my car while it was being dried. There is a small dent in my car by my driver window. I let the owner now know and she got extremely irritate pointing to a sign that said we are not responsible for any merchandise or damages done to your vehicle . She totally was rude and disregarded anything i had said and totally unprofessional. This is ridiculous. I have a 2020 vehicle. She couldnt even Apologize!!! Will not be going back.

Poor customer service.If you’re looking to get yelled at and a wash. This is the place for you.Employee said I get a car wash with tire shine.A min later another employee came yelling I need to pay extra for tire shine.Then manager comes out and yelling that I’m done here and I can leave. LolLong story short I didn’t get tire shine.

They did not wash the bottom of my car my car is black and once it dries dirt shows up everywhere poor job done. I wont go back. No more hand car washes for me. The automatic car washes dont mind bending down to wash the bottom of our cars.

The vacuum could have been better but overall great service....the lady who collects the money, beautiful phenomenal

The price was reasonable they did a good job on the exterior but they didnt clean the inside to my satisfaction it was still dusty around the radio and other control panels. This was my first visit to this establishment and it will probably be my last.

They were short of help, but the 3 workers that were there the workers who did the inside of my vehicle did a horrible job and when I asked him to wipe the seats because I thought he did a a horrible job he told me he couldnt do better, and I paid before the job was done and I regret that I left a tip for the workers, that will never happen again, and I wont be referring anyone to that car wash, the owner was a pleasant woman, who had to work with what she had, but the guy who did the inside work should be fired (ASAP)

I rather go to Meticulous car wash and detail on Euclid, but I like the customer service at this car wash because the cashier older woman with gray hair that works at Meticulous car wash is very unprofessional rude and have very nasty attitude, even though in my opinion Meticulous does a better job, I will spend my money where I am treated wirh respect!!! Thank you for asking!!!

This was one of the worst car wash experiences that I have had. I paid with my credit card and had to request a receipt and on top of that was overcharged was told 12 for inside only and 2.00 for tires in my mind 12.00 plus 2.00 is 14.00. Then, upon inspection of my vehicle found that the lower half parts had not been washed and tires were halfway shined. This definitely was a waste of money........

The woman who runs the place is money hungry. They show special attention to who they want to. My car was still dirty and windows still had streaks.
