This car was broke the mirror off my car, then tried to pull the “we not responsible” card on me. Neither the manager & owner showed any empathy about the occurrence. They refused to give me their contact #, as the number they provided to google goes to a messaging system. Nobody has time to keep running to a car wash to see if they will resolve the issue, so I guess it’s a loss for me & the loss of a great customer for them. From now on I’m not trusting any machine washes.. it’s hand wash only from here out!!!!I have a luxury car so my $15 car was quickly turned into $200 repair.

I paid for the $17 wash. I was giving the $10 wash so I parked pointed this out to the guy I asked for the difference I was told that they could not give me my money back mind you they did not put my money in the machine but gave me change from the office so the guy says I can give you another wash I said Ill pull around when I pull back up I tell the guy that I will be telling the owner the guy became the owner and said I could not come back so i asked why because your being rude I says how when all I did was ask for my money back the difference no I was not loud this wash is cheating customer and I pointed this out the guys/owner said I could not come BACK DO NOT WASH THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT YOUR MONEY

This place is trash, they will damage your car & hold no responsibility. Only thing good about it is the 2 nice gentleman that take your money.

They knowingly operate a broken car wash and still charge full price..car all spotted and road bugs didnt even wash off!! Rinse and dryer dont work..should put a sign up letting people know b4 the pay!

Horrible customer service! Mike, the fake owner, needs serious training on how to talk to customers. Steve, the real owner, has until Monday, March 19th to call me before I file a complaint with BBB. On top of all of this, I needed another carwash because my car was covered with soap! The guy at the other carwash said their water was dispensing poorly. Piss poor service. Shameful.

A really nice car wash. I dont like touchless car washes because my car doesnt get very clean and Thunder Falls full contact wash does an excellent job. Never had any problems or damage and their soft-touch during system is much better than just hot air.

The only car wash ive known to have TIRE SHINE your tires as the car rolls out. Thats only on the ultimate package. This car wash gets your car VERY clean. highly recommend!

Completely horrible... this car wash for the second time has ripped off my wiper blade. Went in to try and talk to Steve or Mike and was told and I quote. This is my house and to get out. Hiring some neighborhood idiots to picket. Understand I was a weekly customer. He came across as a tough guy. All I could do is laugh at him.I will never go back.

My 1st time there great experience the wash was awesome

The owner was rude and very unprofessional.! ..My car was half clean and even had scratches in the paint. I had a 30 day tag on my car and somebody put tape across it so you can imagine masking tape and a wet card board, when I removed the tape my 30 day tag was ruined !.. I paid for a full wash and wax and the results were sub par to say the least !..I will NEVER go there again so beware because that was the worst 16.00 I have ever spent !!!!!

Even though we were lined up passed 200th street, the line kept moving. The attendants were friendly.

All fixed up everythings new. Needs some adjustments tho to fully clean your car off. They dont use enough water to rinse your car off completely. Still a ok place to go.

Got the TOP Wash and it waa so thorough i took my Personal Truck there.

Car was still filthy on the sides of the car. Paid for the super deluxe. I dont understand how you put a clear coat on a still dirty car. Needless to say I was miles away and did not notice until I stopped to get gas. Wont be going back.
