Visited Kuraks Tire Center for an installation of a fresh set of tires. Dave Kurak reached out to me proactively via email and was very flexible when unexpected changes to our appointment happened on my end. The service itself was quick, friendly, and no-hassle. I cant recommend this garage enough. They always quote us a price for service that seems too low. The quality of the work is top notch, and everyone is friendly. Their turnaround on service is also quicker than I would expect somewhere else. I used to wait and wait to get work done when I needed because I worried about the cost. Since Ive been coming here, Im simply confident the price will be reasonable.

Very friendly and they were already working on cars when I took my car in at 8 am, very efficient and after my wheel alignment my car drives so much better then ever. Ill go back for sure. Highly recommend this place

I had a blow out on the freeway one morning, I needed a new tire that, so I called them ask if they had room to on my car that, I dropped it off, paid, by the time I got off my car was ready to go. Very affordable as well. Great customer service!

Good service at a reasonable price. I was able to drop my vehicle off early, before work. I communicated to the owner of the shop, who works behind the counter exactly what my problem was and what I needed done. they confirmed the problem I had suspected and called me to give me two options for repair and the pricing for each option. one option was them working with the parts on my car and trying to save me money and the other was to buy new parts. while I appreciated the option to save money and think its fantastic that they give customers the option to save money because we dont always have the cash for unexpected car repairs, I chose to go with new parts this time. they called me again later that same day when the work on my car was completed. I verified that new parts were on the car and everything works as intended. I dont think theres anything else I could have asked for. the gentlemen in the office were polite, kind, respectful and easy to talk with. I have taken vehicles here in the past and had good lasting repairs done then as well. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here in future and have no problem recommending them to friends and family for their repairs.

These guys just saved my day! Visiting the in-laws from out of town, and we have 2:00 tickets for an exhibit at the museum. Had a rim leak on my front tire, and Ricky checked it, fixed everything up and topped off my other tires in a flash. Seriously SO fast. I had been worried we’d have to leave my car for the weekend or miss the exhibit, but now we can go enjoy our day out! Thanks so much for the fast service!!!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!! I went here for an alignment and two tires! Spent $1200 because the owner Ron likes to do whatever he feels like doing without the customers approval. Wont produce parts when asked. Swears at the customers because I have balls He is lucky I enjoy his freedom or Id show him what my balls are capable of. STAY AWAY they are trash.

Great garage to get most mechanical car repair done. Theyre an honest, no nonsense shop and have very fair pricing. You can often stop in and get help with little to no wait. I would definitely recommend checking them out over any of the national chain car repair places.

I would give a ZERO if I could. This was the WORST car experience ever! I took my car in for front steering issues and check engine light. I dropped off on a Saturday and didnt hear anything so around 1:00pm Monday I called to see if they had looked at my car yet. The owner Ron said he called me and left a voicemail which I never received and he started going over all of the things they fixed on my car WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!! $700 WORTH OF WORK!! Then tells me that was still without reading the check engine light. He then calls me back and tells me the total is going to be around $1200 and they fixed the check engine light issues again WITHOUT MY CONSENT FIRST!!!! ADDING AN ADDITIONAL $500 TO MY BILL WITHOUT TELLING ME FIRST!! He was so rude and was yelling and swearing at my boyfriend and I on the phone. Continued to say Just come pay your bill, it is what it is Pay it or dont get your car back. My car is still currently sitting there because he says he has no documents to show me the work that was done to my car. The alignment machine was broken.... How did he know I needed a front AND rear alignment then? Also said he didnt think his workers printed out report from the code reader for my check engine light....how do I know they actually did the work that they say they did????? We have contacted Carl Monday on the news to hopefully get this place under investigation because this is absolutely disgusting and wrong !!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Had 2 tires replaced. They were fast, efficient at a reasonable price. Another benefit is that they are a small local shop.

I order 4 all season tires and they were here when I arrived. They started on my vehicle right away and I was done in about a hour. No problems, no issues, and no complaints about service.

Almost always same day in and out, great customer service, and they always get it right the first time. Cost is better than other places as well.

A friend referred me to Kuraks, but knowing how tire prices vary I wanted to call around myself. After calling around the area I found the best price at Kuraks. When I brought my car in they immediately drove it in and began working on it. They had me out in under forty minutes, quick and painless. I will be bringing my cars back there in the future.

I have been dealing with kuracks for over 20 yrs and have nothing but nice things to say about them. honest,friendly and very fair pricing on repairs.if you want to get ripped off go to ntb or conrads and they will charge you a $30 rag fee in addition to double the price for repair.

Ive only had great experiences. After getting into an accident, I received a very thorough inspection with very reasonable prices that were backed by a job that got me back on the road and lasted. Thank you Ron and the rest of the guys at Kuraks.

I took my car to Kuraks for a problem with my starter. They never fixed it and when I asked for a refund, the owner started to yell and swear at me. He had his staff surround me with intent to intimidate and threaten me. He refused to refund any of the $500.00 he charged. Kuraks a liar, thief and a foul mouth bully.

Went there because if a flat tire and was taken care of promptly and a new tire put on and were back on our way in a short time.

Very poor customer service. Had a flat tire and needed to go to someone quick for a tire change. This place was closest to my work so naturally, I went here. I ended up buying 2 new tires for the front and having the back rotated. Took about 2 hours and 200 dollars later but, everything was great... or so I thought. My TPMS Sensor light would not go off, at all. I asked the gentlemen who worked out my car about the light and his reply was a shrug and you never had one on there. My car is a year old, never had any work done expect for oil changes... theres always been a sensor in that tire. Days later I was able to take it back up there to have the see exactly what went wrong and the owner, Roy, yelled at both myself and my mother for suggesting that they possibly could have made a mistake when changing my tires. In the end, I paid for a new sensor just for my own sanity and left unhappy. I will NEVER return here. Very upset with the lack of respect they had towards us, not only as women but as their customer. While I was there (for 3 hours by the way) multiple people brung their cars in stating that the problems they had Kurak fixed previously on their cars were still not corrected. Ill stick to my mechanic from now on. At least I know the job will be done right the first time and I wont walk away feeling ripped off and berated!

I brought my car in after it started to SMOKE on my way back to Toledo. The owner looked at my car for 20 minutes and failed to give me a diagnosis. When I said Id take it somewhere else and look for better help, he MASSively overcharged me for plugging in a machine and giving me no real help.The service here is awful. Theyll charge you afterwards without telling you about the cost beforehand.You cant TREEt people like this.

If I could give this shop no stars at all I would. I took my car here and asked if they could check my tires because a sensor was on. I received a call the next morning telling me it was repaired, without my permission. When I went to pick it up I asked why I wasnt called and asked first before the repair was made and given information on what would be done, how much it would cost, etc. I was then told, by the owner, to pay my fu**ing bill and dont come back. He refused to answer why I wasnt called and even came around the counter and got in my face to continue screaming at me to pay the bill and get out. He also was so kind to inform me that he was passing the facility down to his son, Dave, and didnt care about what happened because if I came back in 5 years he probably wouldnt even be there. I will never return to this shop and I encourage anyone reading this to find somewhere else to get their vehicle fixed.

Did work i never authorized at an outrageous price then tried to keep my car when i couldnt pay for work i never authorized!got into a physical confrontaion with owner and had to ultimately call the police to have my vehicle returned to me!take your car anywhere but here!!!
