I had an appointment at 8:30 am and they started working on my car at 10:00 am, two hours after I was on time for my appointment. IT IS NO SENSE TO TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, MAKE THE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE WITH MY APPOINTMENT AND IN THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT CARE! DO NOT waste your valuable time here.
I dont really know what I was expecting. Firestone is notorious for upselling and wasting customers time. I chose to go here as it was convenient for me to drop my car off and walk to get lunch.There was no progress given on my vehicle until I called the store after they had it for 3 hours... and this was after I had an appointment made for a specific time days in advance. Lots of upselling on services that I didnt need or require. No explanation of my invoice. Mask usage by employees was hit or miss.Ill give a local mom & pop repair shop my business next time. Lesson learned.
First off let me start off by saying 5 stars isn’t enough for the experience i had at this location. The gentleman by the name of Jose Maldonado, wow; truly a walking definition of knowledge and trust. I came with my vehicle really hesitant on trusting anyone to service It, Jose took his time to make sure i understood the vehicles manufactured specifications and what my truck needed. He build such a rapport with me, i have been recommending everyone to this location. I live 40 mins away so just imagine how fascinated i am with the work. Jose and the staff are amazing 10/10 experience and i hope everyone gets to experience the same as i did. Great job Firestone, you found yourself a Gem with Jose.
I was in town for Disney with my family on my way down noticed that there was some brake issues with the unit I was driving from Enterprise. I reached out to Enterprise and they advised me to reach out to the local firestone and they would be able to take care of me. Well I had the opportunity to meet Saul Mercado hes a outstanding advisor. This gentleman made sure I was updated and taken care while me and my family continued our vacation. He met every expectation and had the unit ready for me as expected. Sal it was a pleasure to meet you. You Rock!!!

Had a great and thankful experience here on June 15th 2021, my engine light among other things came on outside Jacksonville, we made it to Orlando and with me having reservations about using a chain retailer mechanic, I had no choice, so I went in without an appointment, well in a few hours Saul Mercado and his staff were able to diagnose my problem and told me what I need and what eventually I should have looked at WITHOUT trying to sell me something I didnt need, I was impressed and grateful, and to help offset the immediate cost, I was advised by a friend to do a Firestone credit card and was able to save 5% off the top and when I was to bring my daughters car in for a look, Saul told me that they were running a $20 off a diagnostic, another nice heads up even though I never got the chance I was grateful at their professionalism.
Dont bother making an appointment. They do not honor it. You will still have to wait like everyone else. Over 2 hours to change two tires. Finally got handed my keys to circle the building looking for my car then eventually found it in a separate parking lot behind the building.
The worst Firestone Store that you can go! They just don’t wanna work! And if they do something, you will have problems.
Ive never had issues before with this store until today. I made an appointment online the day before. Got the confirmation email with instructions on what to do when I get there. I show up 5 minutes early.... They cant find my appointment in the system. I show him the confirmation email WITH THE STORES ADDRESS ON IT! He then ask Did you make the appointment online? I responded yes. Oh!...Thats why you arent in the system Was his response. He then proceeded to explain that I needed to receive 2 emails and the second email is the confirmation email... I JUST SHOWED HIM THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL! He didnt make any sense and I was confused. He said he could try to put me in but it could take 3 to 4 hours for an oil change. Rescheduling for the next day wasnt going to work because of work. So he said he could get me in Wednesday afternoon. I walked out feeling like I was bothering him. Like I was the inconvenience. So I learned that making appointments with Firestone online give 0% guarantees that your vehicle will be worked on or even making it into the system to acknowledge your appointment. And that taking my car to the dealership for service might be more expensive... But they would never make me feel like I was stupid for making an appointment online.
I dropped my car off Friday night for a Saturday tune-up appointment Id made. Since no one ever called me to let me know the status of my vehicle, I called them Sunday afternoon. They said it would probably be done right at 4pm. I told them that was fine and that Id just pick it up the next morning. Monday morning, I called them at 9:30am. Jason told me hed check and let me know. Three hours later at 12:30, I called again. They said my car was done. Were they ever planning on telling me? Almost 3 days for an oil change and spark plugs, and when I went in to pick it up, they didnt explain what they did or what it cost until it popped up on the credit card machine. Everything was so weirdly secretive. It was so awkward not to have them explain anything because I dont know anything about cars. I had mistakenly said it was knocking when apparently it was actually stumbling. I wish theyd let me discuss/describe it on the phone.
Had my car towed here about 8:30pm on a week day. Left a note since they were closed requesting them to fix my tire (it had burst and shred while heading home) and to do an oil change depending on the price of the tire. Next day I get a call saying its all fixed (no consultation on work or price) only to find out they didnt even NOTICE the shredded tire and just gave me an oil change, and the most expensive one at that (my usual oil change comes to about $55. This one was $77). The tech drove it in and out of the bay WITHOUT NOTICING THE BURST TIRE. My two favorite excuses given for this were The tech didnt put anything about needing a tire in the notes and Dont shoot the messenger. Had there been a simple phone call before work began this all could have been avoided. Ive loved going to Firestone, but this particular one? Hands down one of the worst examples of customer service and professionalism Ive ever experienced. Take your car to the Tire Kingdom next door or the Firestone in Kissimmee, youll be in much more competent and caring hands.
Absolutely terrible experience, my wife took our jeep liberty to the shop because it was leaking coolant and they tried to take advantage of my wife by saying the radiator fan needed to be replaced as well as the thermostat and tried to charge us 800$ for 150$ in parts(when we just replaced the thermostat 2 weeks ago) also it needed to radiator hoses(which is not true either bc it wasnt leaking from there and there was no cracking or bubbling in the hoses) when we asked them if they found where the leaking came from they said they didnt even address the question until I went on the phone and demanded to know where the leak was coming from and they had to re look at the car and call us back bc they didnt even address or look for our problem. Finally I just told them we will take it somewhere else and they still charged us 70$ for diagnostics testing when in all reality it was the heater hose that needed to be replaced. If they wouldve actually looked at the car instead of trying to take advantage of my wifes pocketbook and us being from NYS then they wouldve figured it out easily. As the leak was no where near where the radiator hoses are. This was my first and last time I will ever go into firestone they made us spend 70$ for nothing and the cashier knew nothing that was wrong with the jeep
Had a passenger side low-beam light out while on vacation. Walmart service was NOT helpful (didn’t have the light, had me find it myself)...I knew this was not going well. I went to Firestone and they were helpful, kind and extremely professional! I couldn’t have had a better experience. Part was cheap but labor was a little higher. After Walmart, though, I would have paid double! Highly recommend!!!
Saul Mercado and everyone at the Cagan Park Firestone were so helpful and kind. My mom, son, and nieces and nephew were visiting Orlando and we blew a tire on the turnpike. They worked and got me a great deal stepping up to a better tire as well. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good team to work with!
Was in a few weeks ago with my buddy to help him look for tires and brakes for his car.We talked to the service manager as it was lunch time and he was very rude and not helpful at all. We ended up taking our business to Tire Kingdom almost right next door. They took us in and took care of us.

I had been to Firestone franchise store before many times across places I lived in the country. For the most times I would come in for services like new tires replacement, oil changes along with other preventive services. No complains I really liked the services to make my point for a visit at a local Firestone store where I recently moved to, in Clermount. I went for a car inspection that turned to be a horrisome experience.My car was diagnosed for needing a new rear brakes replacement. Firestone rep told me I needed to get it towed for my own safety and beloni peperoni.I paid for the services. The business took the audacity for keeping my own car keys without my own consent - not telling anything at all.Very sketchy way of doing business. And big shame on Firestone store of handling internal processes.Never trust a Firestone franchise on my life again. Hope this review reachs out to people in preparation to alert them of receiving such treatment.
Saul was amazing! What started as an aweful start to my day he made it so much better! Got me right in even though it was busy and got my tire all set and cheaper than the other place I went to! I work at Disney so I need to work long hours to make ends meet and the price was one I could do! Thanks for creating your own brand of magic for me!!!
For a first experience, I cant complain. I had an oil change in less than 45 minutes. I am giving Firestone a 4-star review. However, I dont understand why the receptionist recorded my home address in their computer system. I did not give my authorization.
Great staff, professional attitude. Had one appointment canceled by other firestone store, they was the only store that accepted to do the alignment without appointment. And they did it fast and great!
For a Sunday, it was very busy on a weekend staffing. I was quoted a reasonable time to wait. My tire was more damaged than I had hoped, but they showed me the damage, and explained my options. But the best part was when it came time to pay, the total was almost $10 less than the estimate! It was great. And they even had NFL football on the TV which was great too!
If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have never experienced the type of poor work ethic and care for the customer before in my life. I took my car in for a simple oil change. I drive a turbo charged vehicle so it is a little sportier than your average. I had always heard stories about how bad this company is but I decided to take the chance, thats on me. After taking my vehicle in for an oil change I noticed that there was a noise coming from the engine after a few months. I then took my vehicle back and got a second oil change 1,200 miles shy of when it was actually due. My oil late came on for the first time since owning the car. After my second oil change I noticed that the sound did not go away. I took my car to a Mazda dealership to get it inspected. Come to find out my car was missing a quart of oil just after 3 weeks of getting the oil changed. Firestone failed to add the correct amount of oil to my car. Because of their lack of knowledge of their job, I now had a damaged part. It cost me $1,700 to fix the timing chain. Not only that, I just found out, since I was driving with low oil on a damaged chain, it threw everything off in my engine and now I need to pay either $7,000 to get a new engine or $3,900 to fix the new damaged part. Please stay away from this Firestone. They have zero idea of what theyre doing. And I have spoken with the manager multiple times and he has refused to help me. Corporate is no better since there isnt even anyone that works there.
I was on a family vacation and believe it or not both of my headlights went out. I really did not want to spend the entire day at Toyota service waiting for them to change out my headlights with 4 kids and my wife.. I did a quick drive-by and within one hour they had both headlights special delivered and installed. This really helped me because I had to check out of the condo before 10 AM and my four kids and wife were waiting for me and I did not have to drag them down to the Toyota dealership for half a day while we were on vacation. First class service and Saul was awesome!

Showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Friday with something sticking out of my tire. The manager, Saul Mercado asked to wait a min, went in the back, and got someone to help me! 15 min before closing on a FRIDAY!!! They just got a new loyal customer! Schedule and timming was great. Labor did a good job except for not bolting down my water coolant reservior which I discovered when I returned to Hiesville, Georgia. I was lucky that it did not damage and I was able to replace the bolt. On a previous visit I lost a hub cap that was not fastened correctly after tire rotation. Next time will consider if using Firestone Shop and if I do, I will not leave the premise until I fully inpect the job requested. They need better attention to detail on labor. Parts seem to be OK but I still feel my stearing shimmer a bit when braking.
I was on vacation and had an issue with my van and Soni took it there. They helped me out however it was a long wait to get in and out so plan on that.

Went to get a patch put on on of my tires, car broke down in their parking lot (wouldnt shift out of neutral). Staff was friendly and helped me push my car into a spot, HOWEVER, I had to leave it overnight for them to diagnose on top of the tire repair. No big deal. They called the next morning and told me my shifter cable was broken and it would cost over $1k to replace!!!! Since there is no way I could afford that, or even want to pay that much for a cable, I asked a mechanic friend to look into it. He found the part online from the manufacturer for $80, quick math found the store was charging over $200 for the part. I understand Mark ups but that seemed huge. Anyway, I towed it to my friend for him to replace it. After looking at it for 20 seconds, he tells me the cable is fine and its a $30 bearing piece that broke. Cost me a total of $55 to replace. A mistake is a mistake, I get that, but almost a THOUSAND dollars difference and telling me a wrong part is broken? Thats pretty serious to me.
Got my oil changed here. They didnt ask what type of oil I wanted....its an Axura... you can Google that and clearly see it takes synthetic....I figured theyd know that. After the oil change I paid and waited to see if they would tell me about the oil leak I already knew I had.... NOPEI actually had to ask them and of course they said yes. Theyre is a leak and also a problem with passenger blah blah blah since I dont speak mechanic I politely asked them to write down the issues. They did not do that, possibly because they said they couldnt fix it that id have to go to Acura to get it taken care of. In my opinion I feel like since they werent going to make any money off me from that, they didnt care about helping me out by simply writing down the issues with my Acura.
Horrible place I needed new cables for my car battery so I had to get my car towed to them they told me trust them they would be able to repair the problem and my car wouldn’t need to stay over night and they would call me to keep me informed. Everything they said was a lie they didn’t call me at all to tell me what’s going on I had to keep calling them because they still didn’t check on my car for three hours then, finally they did tell me the problem and then asked me if I wouldn’t mind if the car stayed over night because the shop was going to close soon and that they’ll get everything repaired in the morning and call me to come get the car I said ok no problem in a nice manner. Then the next morning they called me told me your car is ready for pick up I asked did they fix the issue they put me on hold and proceeded to tell me they won’t fix the problem go to a dealership. They waisted my time and insured me they would be able to fix the problem to only tell me at the end go somewhere else just to replace my battery cables I was so confused and they didn’t even tell me why they couldn’t get fix the problem.

Made an appointment but the tech was off that day after I made the appointment not one told me before I made it. After 3days my car was still not looked at. I got my keys and left. I walked to my car it was left unlocked.

Ive been going to Firestone for the last 2 years for my oil changes and new tires, always great service and prompt time frames to complete work.
Horrible store. Quoted one price when made appointment. Confirmed that price right before going over. Tried to charge more when I got there. Asked to speak to manager who was surly. Showed him the call on my phone to the store. He took the phone and called the number (apparently doesn’t know his phone number). He then said let’s look at the car and see. When I asked for the correct price in writing he said he would email. It was the wrong price. After all that he now says cannot honor the price because “more needs to be done”. Don’t come to this store unless you want a shakedown. Untrustworthy.

Last night I got a nail in my tire while working. I drive for work. So early morning I went looking for a place to help me out at a short notice. I would have done an appointment but was unable too. I tried another place but they weren’t helpful at all. I called Firestone and Dee answered. He told me to go on over. I did, and Dee was extremely helpful and understood my situation completely. Ended up needing a new tire but was able to get the special they had for the tire. Overall, great customer service.
We trust them! We have known Dean since he was in the other Firestone (5 years +) and when this one opened Brand New he moved over as the Manager. He has done a great job at having staff who will try to work with you. The extra perk is that they are so much closer to us than the other Firestone. Good people 👍
I’m not a disgruntled customer but my advice is after over $2000 spent on car repairs and my car sounds worse then ever, avoid at all cost. I understand it cost money to repair a car but I should get what I paid for and not regrets!

I saw some of the negative reviews but my experience was only positive. On the way to a (forced) family trip to Disney, I got a nail in a tire and suddenly needed to deal with that before driving home for 3 hours. I showed up at this Firestone on a Sunday. I explained that the whole family was back at the rental waiting for me (I had the only car) and despite there being plenty of people with appointments, Jason (the manager I think) took care of all of them AND me in about two hours. Terrific service, I highly recommend this place.

This company stood by their warranty when a part failed 2 weeks out of warranty. Saul was friendly and knowledgeable.We were on vacation when the master cylinder failed. I had replaced that part just over a year ago from a different Firestone. The parts themselves were just out of warranty yet Saul worked with us to get everything taken care of through the warranty and helped us salvage our vacation through quick service. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here as they take care of their customers.

Brought my car in for a second opinion for an inspection and told me everything my previous place, Action Gator Tire, told me I needed wasn’t actually true. That my car seemed to be all good with just minor things needed. Did not try to push any additional services.So far from my first experience here, I would recommend.

Horrible service and completely over priced, I brought my car there a few weeks ago after talking to them on in the phone, once I arrive he tells me to leave my car and they’ll call me at 6:00 to diagnose the issue and tell me the cost,( I arrived at 9:00 am) anyways 6:00 comes by and I didn’t receive a call so I decided to go down to store to find out what’s going on with my vehicle, once I get there I find out they didn’t even log it into the system so they didn’t diagnose or even check it out. after describing the noise to him he says it’s my brakes pads and he strongly recommends I leave vehicle and they’ll work it on it first thing in the morning. I left the vehicle there and he calls me at 9:00 am saying it would be $1400 to fix and it would take 3-5 days depending on how long for parts to come in (that’s bs) I went got my car and drove home and called a mechanic who fixed it same day for a just a little over $400 it took him about 4 hours. So take what you want from my first and last experience with Firestone auto care

Waited nearly ten minutes to even be acknowledged by an employee, told him I booked an appointment online and he could not find it in the system. Asked why they wouldn’t contact the customer when their appointment is cancelled (which is explicitly stated in the email confirmation) and his response was “we get too busy to do that.” Very poorly handled.
Firestone did an excellent job aligning my vehicle and replacing the tires and set great expectations on the timeframe in which they followed through. Id recommend them to anyone for a job well done.
Update: got ahold of the manager who said it was no problem since I could supply the specs. They just put it in the computer as another vehicle and used the specs I gave him. No idea who I talked to on the phone when I called a few times, or who cancelled my appointment, but the manager, Dee, is very reasonable and knows what hes talking about.Refused to align my vehicle Its a Tesla model y with a normal coil spring suspension. Started making excuses about not being able to communicate with the Tesla and something about sensors that are not on this model. Wasnt even willing to have me come in and take a look. I have the shop manual with the specs to align but no, and Firestone corporate has no idea what shops do what service. You have to actually call each store and depending on who you get and the time of day, the answers are always different.
Dee the store manager is great. I have been taking my cars to him for years. Fair pricing, great service! Bridgestone tires are not the cheapest but they last the longest.

I took my 09 Toyota Tacoma to get serviced here. They were busy so I made a appointment and returned later. They asked me about my truck and what I was concerned about. The mechanic named Leo was awesome. When he finished he never tried to sell me something I didnt need. He was polite and I felt like he had done everything I wanted and I was very happy with the whole experience great customer service and I will recommend their shop to anyone looking for a good honest repair shop
I know a couple people here, and they are always friendly. Including the rest of Firestones staff. Always great coming here! Going to be bringing my new car here for any needed repairs!
The rental company advised us to have our tire repaired with any local business. We could either pay in advance and they would reimburst, or the company could ask for Payment by Phone. We left our car here, and after 1,5hour we picked it up. The guy at the desk had arranged for payment already, gave us the key and said: youre good to go. So no extra delay.

Been here many times and I’ve always been treated great here. They even had a technician ride in my car with me when I was unsure of an issue! (Power coils were going and it was pricey to replace, but owning a car isn’t cheap!)Overall, I feel very welcome here and will keep coming back.

My A/C went out on my 2014 Chrysler 300. Firestone beat the Chrysler dealer by $600.00 and did a great job of replacing the evaporator coil. Awesome management and mechanics as well.

I changed one of the calipers on my truck and the brakes went soft. I thought maybe I didn’t bleed the system properly and after over a gallon of brake fluid I decided to bring them in. They quoted me $79 to bleed the break system. Brought in and they bled the system but were not able to resolve the issue so they charged me $0. I expected to pay because they price was for them to bleed the brakes not to fix the pedal and I would have been fine with that. When I asked if they were sure it’s no charge they responded “why charge when we didn’t get it 100% right?”. Will definitely be back as needed.
