I had my windows cleaned, interior and exterior, and my pavers sealed. I knew my windows needed cleaning but I am amazed at just how beautiful they look now. My pavers looked awful. They were super faded. I had no idea just how much they were going to be transformed. I absolutely love how crystal clear my windows are and my pavers have been completely revived..I actually think they look better then when they were originally installed. Lengthy read, but oh so worth it! I recently purchased a townhouse that I fell in love with, except for the front porch. Drive & walkway paver power scrub, sand & sealing performed. Workers were professional in the task. The only complaint we have is that adjoining flower beds & grass should have been covered. We were unaware that the cleaning substance could kill foliage. At the least we should have been notified before hand that this could have occurred. In the future, Brizuela Services could include this preventative service before starting any cleaning process.

My pavers never looked so good! Long story short we decided to DIY our backyard and create a beautiful patio with brick pavers. Our “weekend” project took about a month of pain and labor and looked good for a while. But when you don’t properly seal the pavers, you eventually need professional help. That’s where Diego came in! I saw a lot of positive reviews about this family-owned business and went by that. Also, they provided an estimate the year before. I didn’t forget them. When I knew my roof needed to be cleaned to get a few years out of it, I knew who to call.I’m astounded by how much gunk came off the roof. They used multiple techniques & were fast and efficient to remove oak debris, mold and other stuff. The whole family cake out and works together. I’d give this company 20 stars if I could!Update: they didn’t over many plants so a lot of them got chemicals sprayed on them. Some are dying. They missed cleaning the sludge off a window from riff on down.

When they arrived at our house, during their set-up, they put up caution signage warning our neighbors of their equipment and hoses. They pressure washed and applied a cleaner to all the all the areas identified above removing all of the inorganic material. My wife and I thought they were done because our back door looked brand new and were happy with the first pass. Diego and his crew mad a second pass soft washing the windows a second time using reverse osmosis technology making the windows immaculate. I highly recommend Brizuela Services INC. for their attention details and their professionalism.
