We had a weird ask: A small patio with a wall and a grassy area within the wall for keeping our small dogs up close at night (this is Florida!). Strange as it was, AGY ran with it, and the result was exactly what we wanted. Everything is perfect, and the water drains off exactly where it should. The total install took some time to be fully complete (sod and sealing were a few weeks later), but that was because of weather. Would definitely recommend.

The work was done in a timely manner and I now have a beautiful patio!I only have a bit of concern with two small spots where there’s a lack of sand between the pavers. A few days after completion, ants created a mound and they have since gone away. I filled the spots with leftover sand but it doesn’t seem to stay for long. It makes me think the ant issue was due to a few missed spots during the sealing process.

We had pavers installed over our cement entryway and walkway about two months ago. This company had a number of colors and patterns of pavers from which to choose. Their prices were comparable to the two other companies that gave us estimates; however, this company gave us polymeric sand vs reg sand for the same price and offered more options. We were scheduled for a certain date, the pavers were delivered and the crew started as scheduled. The crew installed the pavers in the exact pattern that we chose and did a fantastic job! Owner communicated very well with us mostly by text.Very professional team!We would highly recommend them!

We filled out online info sheets with 4 area contractors and Alberto was the only one to respond —— and are we ever glad for that. AGY did an amazing job on our 3 car driveway and front entry walk. My concrete drive had a dip in the middle allowing 3 inches of water to accumulate in the middle each time it rained. AGY took the time to remove the concrete, level, not breaking the sprinkler pipes and giving us a product we are proud to say was done by an experienced, extremely talented and hard working crew. We had a 10 x 20 paver patio installed by another company when we first moved in 6 months ago and while we liked the space, we realized it wasnt big enough. The first company was O.K, but we wanted to check around. Alberto came within the day or so of our call to measure and provide an estimate. The installation was scheduled within the week. They just completed it today and I couldnt be more thrilled! The workers were skilled and perfectly matched the addition to the original. In fact, the edging around the paver patio is nicer! We now have a beautiful outdoor space that is functional and ready for lots of entertaining.

Alberto and Alex and team did a Fantastic job with installing a retaining wall at my home in Kings Ridge, Clermont. They were patient in waiting for the various HOA approvals and since they have done many jobs here before, will provide you with the sketch necessary and guide you to approved “earth tone” colors. I’m getting lots of compliments from neighbors and have gladly given AGY pavers as THE choice in Clermont when installing a block wall.

Agy recently helped repair a sprinkler leak we had under our paved walk. They pressure washed and sealed the pavers on our walk and porch to where they look like new😊. This review is based on 2 experiences. Early this year (2017) I had Alberto Alvarez, the owner of AGY Pavers & Granite do repairs on our 6-8 year old pavers. He is a young man in his 20s who had a great crew, fair price, and I was very pleased with the repair work which included cutting out large roots underneath that were pushing up through the pavers. I have no idea who Alex is in the previous review.I told Alberto Id call when I was ready to have the pavers sanded and sealed. I was so confident in his ability to provide the right crew to do the job that he would have had the job had he only returned my calls, texts, and emails. I continued to try to contact him for over a month, off and on. I wanted him for the job. I even asked him, in one message, to just call me and tell me if hes too busy and tell me if he doesnt want the job. NO CALL ever was received from him. He could easily call, text, or email me since he has all my information.So, first review would be 5 stars. Second review based on unresponsiveness is 1 star. Average - 3 stars.Where are you Alberto? You have such potential. I had hoped for the same professionalism you exhibited the first time we met.
